False advertising of rooms
Pros:

The pool area is really nice and big with lots of space for groups.

Cons:

Aside from the pool, this hotel felt like false advertising. The photos of the rooms and amenities do not match reality. Images online appear heavily edited and make the rooms look far better than what I experienced.

The bathroom showed clear neglect. The vanity had major water damage. The sink leaked. The shower head hung loose and the toilet seat was unattached.

Room quality also lacked consistency. Our group booked the same room type. Friends received rooms with newer appliances and updated bathrooms. Our room looked old, worn, and dirty.

The most concerning issue came from the entry door. Grease dripped from inside the door hinge and ran down the metal. Staff cleaned the area once. The grease returned again soon after.

This stay felt misleading and poorly maintained. Photos promise one experience. The room delivered something far different. Think twice before booking here.

It was ok.
Pros:

There was no breakfast offered. Location was two streets away from the light rail, which was good to travel.
The facilities were good, gym, pool, sauna etc.

Cons:

The traffic noise in the early hours with people heading out to work.
Couple of people on motor bikes making engine noises on a late Saturday night.
Also the fact you get charged for extra towels,as they are not changed for the duration of your stay.
There was no notification of this to guests.

Should not be considered a 4 star hotel. 3 would be appropriate.
Pros:

Located next to marriot hotel where I attended a conference

Cons:

Finishes and surfaces: cracked and broken , no maintenance. The sign for level 5 south says it all.
