Was lovely just disappointing that we didn’t get the room we booked.
Pros:

Close to Marriot where we were going for Anniversary lunch.
Staff were lovely.

Cons:

Our booking was mucked up. I specifically booked a room with a spa bath as that’s our special thing each year for our anniversary weekend at the Gold Coast. When we checked in we were in a double room. Not suite with spa bath as booked. Admin lady was lovely & looked into it. Said it was some muck up booking.coms end. Very disappointing as the spa and the location were why I picked Sovereign. We normally stay at The Marriott however thought we would try something different due to price comparison. Don’t know if would stay again due to this much up??

Very quiet location, on a dead end street with no traffic noise! Can walk into the main bit. Saw a lot of reviews about lack of parking but there was so much street parking we had no problems.
