Great place and great location.
Pros:

Location and room were great

Cons:

Unfortunately car parking was an issue, but it is advised prior to arrival. Secondly, our room had a terrible smell that was very overpowering and was coming from cooling of food in the next room. We did advise reception and requested for housekeeping to spray some room freshener as perfume was not covering the smell. When we returned to the room, unfortunately housekeeping had sprayed bleach around which did not fix the smell and made it worse. We tried airing the room, blocking the bottom of the door with a towel but nothing seem to stop the smell. The fan in the bedroom also only had 2 speeds, non moving or helicopter mode. We made do with helicopter mode as we needed airflo with the room.

Basic, suitable as a base for travel
Pros:

Location was good, close to tram, beach and surfers paradise
Staff were nice

Cons:

State of the room. Very old and tired, scratches on furniture, well worn kitchen cabinets and the shower bath needs replacing.
Check in took 20+ minutes, pretty average.

Great place to stay if you dont mind a walk
Pros:

The apartment was very tidy and had great facilities such as the pool. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made our stay so enjoyable.

Cons:

It was a bit of a walk to the restaurants (main part of surfers paradise) which was slightly inconvienient as it is almost advertised a lot closer. The parking situation was also slightly difficult.

Beautiful venue and great location, shame the pool was freezing.
Pros:

The rooms are a generous size and well appointed, the bathroom is lovely and it’s nice having a balcony. Very clean, very tidy

Cons:

The pool is freezing, we didn’t swim as it was just too cold and every person that was in the pool area was saying the same thing. Such a shane as we came from Melbourne and were so looking forward to hanging out in the pool.
