Was ok could have had more in the smaller rooms like a coffee table etc, I have stayed there before in the bigger rooms

All staff were nice and the room was much better then I imagined and was very neat.

The service, location and the view was great and the bed was comfortable. Overall it was ok.

Cons:

The room is not what i saw in the picture. The shower was in the bath and at our age it's very dangerous. It was a bit outdated and had a musty smell. The couch was very old and uncomfortable and had dirty stains on it. The hairdryer is very outdated too and wish I took my own. Just need a few things updated

Comfortable stay a little away from tourist area
Pros:

I got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite which I really appreciated. The spa was good. The beds and couch were comfy. The place was clean. It was about a 15 minute walk to the touristy area, or a 5 minute walk to the tram. It was about 5 minutes walk to Bumbles cafe, a charming cafe near the river. The beach was within walking distance 5-10 minutes. It was patrolled, which was good. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

The pool was freezing, would have been better if it was heated. The cafe / restaurant was closed for the times we were wanting to use it. There was no housekeeping and took me a while to realise I needed to throw my own rubbish in the chute.

Clean quiet and easy access to anywhere you wanna go

Cons:

Only down slide we had to our stay is that the tv literally has every channel except 9Now so we couldn’t watch or screen the nrl :-(

A beautiful place to stay with a comfortable bed and an amazing view to have a coffee to in the morning
Pros:

We really enjoyed the spa and how easy it was to navigate the building

Cons:

There isn’t much we didn’t like other than on the Monday the floor we were staying on, the floor was being ripped up and replaced with carpet and we had no idea and walked out onto glue when we left to go out that morning. That was the only issue we had but it also gave us a good laugh
