Comfortable and affordable accomodation
Pros:

Location was great and the facilities provided were good and overall good value.

Cons:

Parking was limited but we were fortunate to find a spot each day. We tended to walk more to avoid losing our parking spot as parking can be expensive at surfers paradise

1st world adjustments aside, location, staff and the spacious room size with a Malaysian cafe that serves Superb authent
Pros:

The staff was polite, helpful and supportive especially Denise.

Cons:

There was no reception or staff on hand after 6pm. Have stayed in many hotels & resorts globally and this is a 1st experience for us. Would like appreciated a staff on duty when we were checking out and had to leave our bags to head for a theme park visit. We were stressed in case we were caught in the traffic jam or any unforeseen circumstances that could result in us getting back by 6pm! As we had a flight to catch at 9pm and bringing the luggages along wasn’t an ideal option.
Also a briefing by the staff when we check in on checking out policies would have been helpful as again, this is a 1st for us that we have to take out our trash and dispose of it. We are used to hotels/resorts who handles everything and is part of the stay.

Pretty good value for money, in a good location.
Pros:

A comfortable room in a good location near the tram line & beach.

Cons:

After an all night flight, we were charged $25, to get into our room that was ready, at 12. Never had that before anywhere in the world.

Great, would visit again!
Pros:

Great location, staff were super friendly and helpful and hotel was lovely.

Cons:

Bathroom was a little dated, but otherwise fine. Mattress not the most comfy, but did the job!
