Overall, happy with the location - even with limited parking.
Pros:

The glassware in the kitchen was cracked.
The Shower had no hot water in the evening, I suspect that the water is shared with a joining room

Cons:

The room is fine - and the team know that it is time for that location to get a refresh. The lack of hot water will seriously annoy some people and should be managed.

We had a lovely stay here and I would definitely return to the Sovereign hotel again
Pros:

The reception staff were extremely helpful. They couldn’t do enough for us and gave us great information on what was happening in the area too. They let us check in earlier than expected.

Cons:

The room was basic but had everything we needed. There wasn’t much not to like!

A great holiday
Pros:

Location of Sovereign on the Gold Coast is excellent, within walking distance to Surfers Paradise beaches and Coles Supermarket, Restaurants, our room was clean, had microwave and full size refrigerator and freezer, comfortable lounges and good size flat screen TV

no room service throughout my stay was a little disappointing, you have to throw your own rubbish out by a garbage chute which was weird
