Budget friendly, clean and welcoming!
Pros:

Location was good, rooms were comfortable and clean and budget friendly! All staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful, and after hours check in was easy with all information given in advance. Laundry facilities on each floor, easy lift access, secure and safe vibe.

Cons:

I couldn't park onsite at all throughout our stay, but there's parking in nearby streets and it's all a flat walk. There's a big construction site nearby that is impacting street parking currently (Oct 2026).

Pros:

Staff were friendly and communicative.
Pool area and cafe were presented nicely.
The location was great - close to the light rail stop and beach

Cons:

The room was very dated and the beds were not comfortable.
The cafe was rarely open despite saying that it was meant to be open at the time.
The shower flooded the bathroom easily.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, there was adequate coffee supplies and there was a big TV, bar fridge, a nice sized balcony and air conditioning. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There wasn't a nice view in the room I was in.
