Enjoyable stay, quiet facilities and area. Parking could be a problem but we usually found one. Enjoyed how easy it was
Pros:

Close to theme parks. Loved the Malaysian restaurant downstairs- wish it had been open more often.

It’s an okay place if you need a short trip.
Pros:

Very clean, spacious, close to a tram stop and the beach, had a really nice pool and relaxation area and our one bedroom room had a nice big balcony.

Cons:

The bed was really uncomfortable, our bodies sunk in so deep, was way too soft and flimsy, they definitely need to upgrade their beds, otherwise it was a decent stay but definitely better quality of accommodation for the same or less elsewhere.

Pros:

Reception staff are wonderful. Big thanks to Sophie she was so lovely at checkin. Room was very spacious and a lovely renovation. Facing hinterland and side view of ocean was best of both worlds. Little noisy when delivery trucks come in morning to adjacent hotel, but, that had little impact on stay. So close to trams. Just love it here.

Staff were excellent, so lovely and helpful!

Cons:

The room was disgustingly hot - the small aircon in the far corner of the living room didn’t make a difference and you could feel the heat radiating from the roof. It was impossible to sleep as there was no aircon in the bedroom and was such a terrible stay due to the heat. They should know to have better cooling during QLD summer, absolutely awful and overpriced.

Pros:

size of pool
Size of TV in room.

Cons:

1/ Parking is the worst I've experienced at any home. Tiny car park thats far to small for the size of the hotel and on street parking is impossible to get nearby.
2/ Pool is missing many tiles
3/ Bathroom in the room is not very good, shower door does not close properly, floor tiles very old and some were loose.
4/ No bins in the room or bathroom
5/ Onsite cafe does not open until 09.30 on a Sunday
