Da anni cliente booking, ultimamente più di una volta mi ritrovo insoddisfatta!!! Penso che sia il caso che booking aggiorni sia foto sia servizi dei vari alberghi che propone perché continuo a pagare alberghi che nn hanno niente a che fare con quello che booking propone, come in questo caso!!!

Highly recommend the hotel and Chioggia as a less hectic, but just as charming alternative to Venice
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. It was a treat to be warmly greeted by the lovely ladies at breakfast in the morning. A big thanks to Julia for advising us on the correct bus and timetable from the airport to the hotel. A big bonus as we arrived late and it was a welcome surprise to find the hotel on the opposite side of the road to the bus stop. Also Juan, who I believe is a robot as he was on the reception desk and bar all night, then helping with breakfast! Even with no sleep he always had a big smile and friendly greeting. We had an early flight on our return, so had to leave before breakfast. We were prepared to have breakfast at the airport, but the staff were having none of it. Coffee and a selection of pastries were waiting for us in the morning. Served, of course, by robot Juan! A big thanks to the management and staff.
Breakfast consisted of a selection of cakes, pastries, cheese, sliced meats, prepared fruit, juices, coffees, scrambled eggs and hot sausage and bacon. My particular favourite was the container of boiling water so guests can boil their eggs to the hardness of choice, plus a selection of breads and a toaster.
Even though the hotel was quite busy (early June) there were plenty of sunbeds and seating available around the pool. Serving lunch from the restaurant at the poolside was a special treat.
The room was very spacious, bright and the air con was efficient and quiet. The shower was powerful and I had no issues with loss of pressure or temperature.
We didn't use the hotel's designated area on the beach, simply because it was very busy and using the pool and hotel facilities were preferable for us.
The whole hotel was bright, spacious and modern.
The location of the hotel is on the main road across from the beach. There were numerous bars and restaurants literally on the doorstep. 'Little Venice' and the port for ferries to Venice and surrounding islands is a pleasant, flat 20 minute walk from the hotel.

Cons:

The single annoyance for me was the music from two of the bars opposite the hotel, which continued well into the early hours on some nights. It was just the bass noise which carried through the building. The bars were very busy with lots of young people in the evening.

Персоналу було не зручно за їх отель

Cons:

Отель взагалі не відповідає 4 зіркам ні по жодному критерію. Вхід на пляж платний і не важливо чи тобі потрібен зонт чи ні. Сніданки були і все. Сам отель потребує оновлення в нашому номері не працював кондиціонер в 11 вечора запропонували переселитися. Враження від проживання негативне
