C'est correct. Le personnel est agréable et souriant.

Cons:

La chaleur dans la chambre était assez élevée et le bruit dans le bâtiment en face.
La baignoire n'est pas nécessaire dans un si petit espace.

Les chambres avec de la moquette pas très propre.
Le pass qui ne fonctionnait et ce à toutes les chambres.
De la rouille sur la robineterie.
Essuies de bain 1 grand et 1.petit pour 2 pers.
Par d airco juste un petit ventilateur.
Le nom de cet hotel(the original city hotel la maison de lise) porte à confusion lors de la réservation car il existe un autre hotel (the original city hôtel à Rixheim)

Fijne locatie. Vriendelijk personeel!

Cons:

De buurt was niet super. Je hebt er echter geen last van. Het is een ideale locatie voor een praktische tussenstop, onder andere doordat er een restaurant bij zit.

Très mauvaise expérience. La personne à l'accueil s'est trompée et m'a prélevé la caution de 50 € deux fois. Cela m'a mise en grande difficulté financière, surtout en tant qu'étudiante.
J'ai été remboursée d'une des cautions de 50 € dès le lendemain, mais pour la seconde, j'attends toujours le remboursement depuis plus d'un mois malgré mes relances.
Je trouve cette situation inacceptable. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement. À fuir.

Good value for a relaxing stay when in transit.
Pros:

Friendly staff, good breakfast with nice selection, clean room and facilities, perfect location when in transit, good food selection for dinner with some local dishes, overall good value.

Cons:

No AC as indicated in the hotel info. For stays during a summer heat wave, best to book a room in the first or second floor where windows can be kept open safely at night to cool down.

Hôtel familial agréable
Pros:

La chambre est petite mais tout y est.
Le lit est grand et confortable, il y a un bureau avec chaise, et la salle de bain possède une baignoire avec douche. L eau est très chaude et le débit important.
L hôtel est très propre et la dame de l accueil et le serveur du restaurant sont très sympathiques et professionnels. Il y a internet.

Cons:

En vrai pas grand chose. Il n y a pas d air conditionné mais il y a un ventilateur et la fenêtre s ouvre .
Donc pour le prix je conseille absolument
