Friendly staff, clean facilities, good breakfast selections, very close to beaches and lots of shopping, etc. , nearby.
Small pool, one elevator. The boiler happened to go out on our floor. Didn't have hot water most of our week.
Nice hotel. Coffee in the lobby. Good breakfast. Nice rooms with mini kitchens and a pool.

Check in process was horrible. There was an issue with my payment it should not have been, they charged my debit card , and had to return the charges on a room that was already paid for? I was told that everything was taken care of only to arrive and be told I was being charged again?That was a great way to start my vacation. The people at the front desk kept saying they dont work there normally they were helping out, they kept blaming booking.com and booking.com kept blaming the hotel no one knew what they were doing. The woman finally said they had it figured out after 30min at the front desk. I still have to make sure my card is not charged again. The room smelled like onions but after that experience checking in , it was late and we were hungry we decided to handle it in the morning. We found out it was the refrigerator smelling horrible. I asked them to clean it they cleaned the room instead so we couldn't open the refrigerator because of the smell. I had 2 rooms they were on 2 different floors I asked if they could be close together I was told no. I stayed here in July 2025 and had such a great experience that I decided to come back this year and have my family stay 2 which they did all together we booked 5 rooms. All can say is what a difference a year makes.
Room was super spacious and clean. Staff was friendly.

The property was very pretty and in a location to easily go between Lewes and Rohoboth. The layout of the bathroom was excellent with the shelves for our stuff. And I LOVE the liquid soap (I always bring my own to hotels bc I hate those little bars of soap most hotels use). The pool was really nice and so was breakfast and the social hour! Such a nice touch!

The staff were very friendly, the complimentary dinner and breakfast, the size of the room and amenities inside, including sink and stove and large fridge. Amazing! Also, very easy park and get into the hotel.
The first room we were assigned to had a very strong fish smell, but the staff quickly changed us to another room. The second rooming for assigned to add multiple strands of hair in the sink and bathtub.😕 The rest of the room was very clean, though. And just having one elevator for the entire hotel made for very long waits for the elevator to go up and down.
My husband and I liked that the staff was very friendly when we first came in. We loved Nikki the manager who was courteous down to earth and just fun to talk to. I love that you have different spaces for us to sit in the lobbies to just enjoy the atmosphere which was calming clean and just nice. We love the pool area very cute and your breakfast offerings. The room had excellent amenities it was only one exception.
The refrigerator was not working. The freezer was working but not the refrigerator. We knew we'd be out of the room for most of our stay and we forgot on the second day to let them know that the refrigerator was not working. But what we had to store was salvageable and it was okay.
Location was great. It was a clean space. Breakfast was good.
No pool, with no notification. Room not cleaned up thoroughly as there were things from other guests still in the room. Breakfast was crazy, out of plates and silverware both mornings. Water pressure in the shower was bad.

A lot of noise from neighboring roads while sitting outside.
I like the renovations of the rooms. They also accommodated me with my request for an early check in. The breakfast selection was awesome.
The staff was extremely kind & friendly and so willing to help!
