Pros:

My husband and I liked that the staff was very friendly when we first came in. We loved Nikki the manager who was courteous down to earth and just fun to talk to. I love that you have different spaces for us to sit in the lobbies to just enjoy the atmosphere which was calming clean and just nice. We love the pool area very cute and your breakfast offerings. The room had excellent amenities it was only one exception.

Cons:

The refrigerator was not working. The freezer was working but not the refrigerator. We knew we'd be out of the room for most of our stay and we forgot on the second day to let them know that the refrigerator was not working. But what we had to store was salvageable and it was okay.

It was a comfortable, friendly and convenient stay with just a few small concerns.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, the complimentary dinner and breakfast, the size of the room and amenities inside, including sink and stove and large fridge. Amazing! Also, very easy park and get into the hotel.

Cons:

The first room we were assigned to had a very strong fish smell, but the staff quickly changed us to another room. The second rooming for assigned to add multiple strands of hair in the sink and bathtub.😕 The rest of the room was very clean, though. And just having one elevator for the entire hotel made for very long waits for the elevator to go up and down.

Pros:

Location was great. It was a clean space. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

No pool, with no notification. Room not cleaned up thoroughly as there were things from other guests still in the room. Breakfast was crazy, out of plates and silverware both mornings. Water pressure in the shower was bad.

Easy access from a busy interstate. Quick check in and out. Great complimentary breakfast and evening social. Super comfortable room and exceptionally clean!

Cons:

A lot of noise from neighboring roads while sitting outside.

Short Getaway

This was a welcome stop after several very busy days of beaches and sightseeing.
Pros:

This was the quietest hotel we ever stayed in. It was completely booked, pet friendly, and there were several children around but once the door was closed it was so solidly built that outside noise and hallway noise almost completely ceased. We couldn't even hear tv's from the rooms around us which is often a problem. Breakfasts were fantastic and the pool was nice.

Everything except the noises by the other guests (I requested and was on the first floor). The noise was constant. It must have been a family weekend; the adults were as loud as the children. Suggestion: Maybe tell adults to improve their behaviors and remember that they are inside and teach their children the same.

The constant noise by both adults and their children. I don't think they ever went to sleep. The adults were as loud as the children; yelling inside like the children.
