Nothing is lacking in the rooms, like a mini-studio apt!
Pros:

Rooms simply have everything you need, like a little studio apartment, amazing. Can buy food and cook in room or go out. Facility also has nice lounging around areas inside and out, also near pool (was closed) and firepit. The staff was super professional and friendly, especially the ladies who prepared the daily breakfast, which was awesome. Location was near everything I needed, plus minutes to beaches. Would highly recommend, value for the money was outstanding.

Cons:

Only complaint was I would have preferred a room with a balcony, they had many and we stayed 2 days, was not so busy the first night, but regardless, was really impressed with facility.

Overall it was a nice stay and I would visit it again. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The hotel was very nice. The only staff we conferred with was the front desk. We were only there 2 nights. The room was nice and clean. There were also no toiletries like caps for the hair, however, the supply of Dove soaps and shampoos were awesome (the only soap I use). Because of the weather, we didn't get the opportunity to use the pool, however, my friend used the gym and was happy with it.

Cons:

The breakfast room had good choices, just wish it was extended longer than 9:30, for those of us who like to sleep in when on vacation. Our patio didn't have a screen, and the security bar did not work. First hotel I have ever been to that did not have a safe in the room.

The best stay for families at the beach!
Pros:

It was close to everything. The hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean. The breakfast is exceptional and has something for every diet. The best hotel in the best location.

Nice, quiet, clean.
Pros:

Employees very helpful. Very clean. Quiet. Nice breakfast .

Cons:

Door handles to bathroom and closets were broken. Needed assistance to get out of the bathroom. Couldnt guarantee getting door to open. Poor water pressure in shower. Refrigerator rocked back and forth and was not safely secured. Finishes in room felt incomplete.

Breakfast wasn't great, but the hotel itself made up for that. We were so happy with the hotel!

Pros:

The suite was very nice.

Cons:

The pool was being renovated and I received no notification. We had no hot water the first evening. Notified front desk. The next 4 days was lukewarm showers 😞. Upon check out spoke with manager of these discrepancies and they said they apologize….did not offer any type of compensation.

I can't wait to visit the area and stay there again!
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet at night despite the hotel being full. The pool was wonderful and there is lots of space to relax outdoors and indoors. The breakfast had many options and was well managed.

Cons:

Change the direction of the gym equipment to face the television, door, and mirror.

A very friendly and welcoming stay at a we respected establishment.
Pros:

I love the location I come to DE everytime!
I think the breakfast was good, I loved the biscuits and gravy.
Having the kitchenette was a huge highlight.

Cons:

The trash cans! Too tiny, we kept needing extra bags.

Pros:

The hotel was set back off Rt. 1, so it was quiet but close to area attractions. The hotel was clean and spacious. The libby felt serene. The room was so nice! Well appointed with two pkysh beds, a sofa, a desk, and dmall table, large tv, and kitchen. Hooks, mirrors, great pillows - checked all the boxes and then some!

Cons:

The air freshener in the lobby was a little strong, but really, that is a personal preference.
