Nice routine change
Pros:

Breakfast was plenty and good, room was spacious and well equipped for our stay, supermarket very close and you can buy groceries and cook if you do not want to eat out all the time.

Cons:

Everything was close to the hotel, shopping for groceries, outlets and the beaches were very nice, just that the weather did not favor us, but it was a very nice and good experience.

Inaccurate bed description.
Pros:

Clean. Spacious. Kitchen. Breakfast

Cons:

The beds are not queen size. They are full size. I feel mislead by the description on Booking. We expected queen size and were disappointed in the smaller beds. We also paid for the queen size so I feel like I was over charged for what we got.

Hotel wants the business of large groups but doesn’t want to accommodate large groups once there

Cons:

The hotel lobby and outdoor sitting areas close at 10 pm, hotel did not offer an alternative place for our group to gather. Very unfortunate/disappointing when you are traveling with a larger group of people with children on VACATION and you are told to keep quiet at 10 pm on the WEEKEND too! The only option was for us to stay out front in the parking lot if we wanted to stay out past 10 pm.

Overall, my son and I had a great time

I love the fact that a beach hotel you can bring in your own products like food drink, and you’re having it in your room

I enjoyed the hotel suite, location and view of the pool.
Pros:

I liked the location, suite rooms, and modern flare. Good room and friendly staff.

Cons:

Some of the updates were falling apart like the kitchenette floor.

Clean place for stay but they should upgrade the service

Pros:

Very happy with our stay. We stayed in a suite to accommodate our size. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Also, the pool and fire pit was great! Would stay there again.

Cons:

The only concern I communicated to the desk associate on duty was that the food area was congested and lacked an organized flow. People were entering and exiting through both doors rather than following the designated entrance and exit pattern, which caused people to cross paths and bump into one another.

Also, the buffet line was not orderly, as some individuals were cutting in front of others rather than waiting their turn. As a result, the overall environment created unnecessary stress and anxiety that is not typically associated with a hotel stay. So we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel again during our stay. We just did not want to deal with the unnecessary stress it caused. Breakfast is generally a relaxed and enjoyable part of the hotel experience, and I simply felt that the congestion and lack of organization made the experience unnecessarily stressful.

The above is an easy fix, and if that is done, it would be perfect. Other than that situation, everything else was absolutely perfect and we would 100% stay there again.

They need to adjust the time for breakfast so that customers not rush ,and cleaning especially on the carpet in the room

Pros:

The front desk staff is amazing and had a great experience at check-in/check-out, as well as during the stay.

Cons:

The staff working the breakfast kitchen should be a bit more flexible with the guests and not shut down the door right on the dot.

There is contradictory information regarding breakfast times on the room key sleeve that doesn’t match the actual hours. Sleeve says Sat-Sun 7-10am but went downstairs and was told the hours are not those on weekend.

The breakfast options are identical every day and it’s really boring when staying a whole week.

Also, there should be accessible water the entire day for guests, not just at breakfast times

Nice place to stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean facilities, good breakfast selections, very close to beaches and lots of shopping, etc. , nearby.

Cons:

Small pool, one elevator. The boiler happened to go out on our floor. Didn't have hot water most of our week.
