Good, comfortable hotel
Pros:

Nice clean property, comfortable spaces and beds, good location next to acme grocery store and liquor stores, short drive to Lewes and surrounding beaches.
Breakfast was very good and the social hour Monday-Wednesday was a nice surprise.

Cons:

There was an issue at check in and I got double charged, still waiting for the charges to be “released”.
Other than that we had a nice stay.

My stay was very comfortable and safe.

Very clean facility located close to restaurants.

Cons:

I wish there was a coffee station available 24/7 for guests who have to leave before kitchen opens.

Comfortable stay and perfect location for Lewes/Rehoboth.
Pros:

Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was spotless and the staff member in charge was very attentive and quick to accommodate special requests. The breakfast offerings were hot/cold items and a nice variety. The room was spotless and we didn't hear any noise even on a busy weekend. The location is central to Cape Henlopen and Rehoboth.

Cons:

The mounted soap dispenser should be closer to the sink.
