No Hot water and poor customer service, complaints ignored.
Pros:

Location, very good

Cons:

I booked 3 rooms and none had hot water at 5.00am before leaving for the airport.
Hotel attitude ‘it’s an old hotel and we have these problems’ . 12 days and counting with no response from Senior Management Team as promised. Read reviews, they do not respond to complaints.

The Grand is grand 👏
Pros:

The refit by the new owners is superb everything is done to a very high standard.

Cons:

The drafty seating in the bar bistro. A few customers also asked to be moved.

Lovely hotel and Malahide is fab ❤️
Pros:

Location, nice room, secure parking underground for motorbikes. Excellent breakfast. Handy for train ride into Dublin

Cons:

Superior Rooms don’t have bathrobes, even though it says they do on the booking with Booking.com. Reception team said you only get those if you book a Phoenix Room and muttered she would let someone know. Still haven’t found the express check out to leave key cards at reception! Would be better to have them placed at the entrance to car park. Saves wandering around 2 floors to hand a key card in.
