Pros:

Almost every thing

Cons:

The fire alarm went off 2 in the early hours of the morning which turned out to be false alarms thank god but left me very unsettled and couldn’t get back to sleep for a good while after with anxiety

Brilliant stay, hope to return.
Pros:

Great location for catch up with friends, with options to stay in hotel/village/castle or go into Dublin.
Hotel has different relaxing areas to sit and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. Staff all very friendly and accommodating. Fantastic breakfasts in rooms overlooking estuary.

Cons:

Bedroom could have been slightly warmer.

The staff were amazing, in particular Charley who is such an asset to the Grand Horel.
Pros:

The property was exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. It is stunning and the attention to detail regarding the decor is second to none!

Beautiful stay in a magnificent hotel with top class staff 👌
Pros:

We loved the location, style of property service, attention everything was top class. It was my husbands birthday and the personal touch of leaving a card and chocolates in outlet room was delightful! This is the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed at.

Cons:

The only thing I can say which is negative was the heating was too hot and there was no way of turning it down. I did feed this back to reception staff. We did have a fan in the room but this didn’t feel very sustainable.

Excellent hotel.
Pros:

The hotel has a wonderful location, and all the amenities are right there. The food was excellent and the room was delightful .
