Good but frustrating
Pros:

Cleanliness of the hotel and the breakfast were both excellent. However the added $50 charge because I had to move our reservation back one night was excessive and not appreciated. Searcy is a great little town and we’ve stopped here before, but will rethink our future travel plans due to the price gouging.

Great hotel
Pros:

The hotel was easy to find, clean and very comfortable. We were welcomed right away by staff and given some excellent advice on restaurant choices. Hampton Inns are always our first choice in hotels...

Excellent New Facility. Disappointing Morning
Pros:

Coffee in lobby was cold at 5am. Checked back at 6am and it was still cold (from previous day). Waiting for Breakfast at 5:55am and was told at 6 that it would be 15 minutes or so late because of the oven not being on? Waffle house was great anyway.

Pros:

Desk Clerks have been very efficient, helpful, friendly, professional, & etc.
Lobby was clear, clean, upbeat in appearance, bright.
Room was ideally cooled & lighted.

Great and and Melody is great
Pros:

Melody was the first person we met arriving at Hampton Inn. She was phenomenal, welcoming and efficient. She also signed me up for the Hilton Awards. Thank you Melody.

Good resolution to issues
Pros:

I requested a 75% refund in the morning, which turned out to be a 100% refund upon further consideration, due to the concerns raised. I stayed at their sister business down the street on my way back through town. Well resolved, professional staff in morning.

Cons:

Every staff member I spoke to was rude. Just going to the desk to ask questions or buy something they were rude. Kitchen lady told me I needed to clean my mess up before I was even finished cooking my waffle. Told my son he needed to clean up his mess before he was done eating in a very rude attitude.

Pros:

Disappointed! The room was not thoroughly cleaned. Bathroom floor dirty. MOLD in shower! Unfinished remodeling. Breakfast was not good. Only apples where offered for fruit. Not much of a selection for a vegan person!

Great place!
Pros:

This is a very nice Hampton. Clean rooms and two outdoor sitting areas are nice.

Melody at the front desk was extremely helpful and fun to talk to took care of me and my crew.

Great hospitality
Pros:

Melody was great always accommodating. Noise level on the final night was terrible until i called melody at the front desk, she ended up getting it resolved and didn’t have another issue.

I think it’s over priced for some crappy hotel
Pros:

The pool is about it…

Cons:

Our refrigerator had nasty old bagged food not cleaned out, the rooms wasn’t very clean at all even after they moved us. Then we got charged an extra $20 than what we were told.

Nice stay
Pros:

Hot breakfast had a lot of choices, it was hot, and it was great! Staff found us a new room right away when the door wouldn't lock, and he was very polite. And our room was huge!

Cons:

Noisy upstairs neighbors but you'll have that.

They know what they are doing
Pros:

Clean, quiet rooms. This location is doing it right! I travel weekly and mostly choose to stay at Hilton properties. And I loved my stay at this location.
