We were there one night to get on a cruise ship.
Pros:

Close to restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

Only had one washer and one dryer and it was not a coin operated machine. Had to go to a laundry facility.

Great overnight stay on a road trip.
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent. It probably saved us 15$ each so in a way, that discounts your stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed a comfortable stay at the Hampton Inn near the airport in Jacksonville.
Pros:

The breakfasts each morning were hot and delicious with a lot of variety and some healthy options like fresh fruit and yogurt. The food and dining areas were kept very clean.
Our room was comfortable, quiet, spacious and VERY clean. Kudos to the cleaning crew! With blackout curtains, it was easy to rest and relax there. The bathroom had plenty of fresh towels and amenities like a hairdryer and small toiletries like soap and shampoo. The grounds and parking area were also attractive.
The front desk staff we encountered, Allysia, Sondra and Shaquanda, were all wonderful. They were welcoming, professional and very helpful in getting our reservations straightened out and in providing directions. Sondra is particularly gifted in explaining driving directions to navigate the nightmare tangle of interstates around and through Jacksonville! Although we hope to never have to come through Jacksonville again, we highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The hotel was set back behind other establishments on a service road that runs along a very busy thoroughfare. We had trouble finding it the first night.
It was also disconcerting to have a $50 incidentals fee charged for each of the 3 nights we were there because of a couple of snafus with the booking arrangements. The staff explained these fees would drop off after 5-7 business days but there should be a way to make sure this fee is only charged once per stay.
It would be nice if the breakfast hours were extended a bit for those who've been traveling and want to sleep a little later.

The Bed is REALLY HARD and the pillows are to thin. You could not even bunch a pillow up to make a pillow. The two pillows per person would not make a single pillow. The soap dish had something in it, There was dust on the baseboards and staff does not know how to clean corners. It stunk in the room like wet dog or stinky feet. I could not decide which one. We were miserable to say the least. The room number is 323
