Great facility, needs more friendly staff especially at the front end.
Pros:

Very clean, great location for airport and cruise terminal access.

Cons:

Front staff was very unfriendly, did not use my husband’s honor member number after trying to tell her twice. Then she became very short with us about it.

Cons:

The bathtub/shower setup is unsuitable for older people, and the breakfast buffet selection was very poor. No sausages, no pastries, no scrambled eggs, and just one waffle iron for a large number of guests. Unfriendly receptionist—if you don't feel like doing your job, you should stay home. Parking $10???

I would most certainly stay at this hotel again in the future, if I could reserve a 1st floor room.
Pros:

I especially liked having a room on the first floor, near an outside entrance, making it very convenient to unload and load my car. Also, the hallway was tiled and exceptionally clean, as opposed to carpeting. The room was clean, no damp or stale smell, as was the bathroom which appeared to be updated. The breakfast was convenient and had many choices; I chose the delicious oatmeal with sides of brown sugar, pecans, and golden raisins. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

It was an excellent stay. We enjoyed every minute.

Okay for a night, but definitely wouldn’t stay for two nights.
Pros:

Conveniently located near the JAX airport

Cons:

Beds and pillows were so uncomfortable. My family of four did not get much sleep at all for this reason.

המלון מרוחק 6 דקות נסיעה משדה התעופה, קבלת החדר היתה מהירה, החדר היה גדול ונוח, ארוחת הבוקר טובה. מלון מעט מיושן אבל זה לא הפריע לנו.
