Great Customer Service!

A couple of late nights ago, we had the pleasure of checking in at the Hampton Inn Airport Jacksonville, Florida. It had been a long day of airport connections & arrive 2 hours before Tucson departure...need I say more? After a perfunctory and barely acceptable reception at the Enterprise car rental pickup, we arrived at your property, tired if not grumpy. "Camara" is the smiling and welcoming person who registered us, answered questions, made us comfortable and treated us warmly. To her, I thanked her for the much-appreciated breath of fresh air! I hope you value and recognize the person who actually checked us in. Staff upon our departure were unsure, but thought her name is Camara. In addition, our room was clean, well-appointed, and gave us a well-deserved rest!
