Awesome hotel for the price.
Pros:

Very spacious rooms and well maintained. Front desk personnel were very pleasant to talk to.

Cons:

I wasn't impressed with the continental breakfast. I would have liked to had some cold cereal available but I'm not a big breakfast eater.

Staff was very nice at the front desk.

Cons:

Hotel was being remodeled so was very dingy and unclean. Room was just ok, could have been cleaner. Be skirts had stains on them an bathroom was moderately clean.

Some unpleasant surprises during otherwise ok stay.
Pros:

Modern and clean, conveniently close to airport, shuttle available.

Cons:

In the evening Front desk staff was hard to get a hold of. The phone rang for minutes. I tried to make a reservation for the shuttle next morning, but staff member messed it up. Fortunately the person on staff in the morning caught it and got me onto the shuttle.
Also: the key card promises Free WiFi, but the system then forces you to sign up for the Hilton loyalty program in order to access it, grabbing your data and flooding you with emails. Despicable.

Pros:

Sehr nettes Team. Frühstück mit Obst und allem was man braucht. Alles sauber und okay.

Cons:

Gebühren für Parkplatz. Ansonsten alles prima.

Great facility, needs more friendly staff especially at the front end.
Pros:

Very clean, great location for airport and cruise terminal access.

Cons:

Front staff was very unfriendly, did not use my husband’s honor member number after trying to tell her twice. Then she became very short with us about it.

Cons:

The bathtub/shower setup is unsuitable for older people, and the breakfast buffet selection was very poor. No sausages, no pastries, no scrambled eggs, and just one waffle iron for a large number of guests. Unfriendly receptionist—if you don't feel like doing your job, you should stay home. Parking $10???

I would most certainly stay at this hotel again in the future, if I could reserve a 1st floor room.
Pros:

I especially liked having a room on the first floor, near an outside entrance, making it very convenient to unload and load my car. Also, the hallway was tiled and exceptionally clean, as opposed to carpeting. The room was clean, no damp or stale smell, as was the bathroom which appeared to be updated. The breakfast was convenient and had many choices; I chose the delicious oatmeal with sides of brown sugar, pecans, and golden raisins. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
