If you have no back or joint problems, it seems like a good hotel.
Pros:

Entire hotel seemed clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

However, the bed was extremely hard and instead of (normal-sized) bed pillows they had very hard throw pillows.

the hotel did not have my booking .com reservation when i arrived at 1am. the front desk agent said i should not book under booking com and should have booked direct it was not her fault it had not come through. she then charged me at least 50!more dollars for the stay . i was tired and frustrated and would have never stayed at that property for the price she charged me. i had multiple emails saying i booked a room which i did at 1040 pm the night before. it was last minute she said i should go to the lobby and call booking. com or book direct with hilton. the carpet seemed kind of old and grouse in the toom

The perfect place to begin a cruise out of Jacksonville!
Pros:

Person at check in was awesome. A big smile and such graciousness is so welcoming after a long trip. Also nice to have so many options for complimentary breakfast next morning. Really great to be so close to Jaxport too!

Cons:

Can't think of a thing that wasn't done well. Thanks for a good place to spend the night!

Amazing experience
Pros:

Pool area clean, liked hot tub option. Beds were comfortable, spacious bathrooms and amenities. Excellent free coffee available all day. Friendly and accommodating staff. No complaints at all. Free shuttle to the airport.

Cons:

No complaints.
We missed the free breakfast but were given a bagged breakfast to take to the airport. My only suggestion would be to add a muffin instead of the untoasted bagel. Maybe a yogurt cup..
I did have the water and apple.
