Convenient to JAX & Cruise Port
Pros:

Clean & comfortable, spacious room. Close and convenient to JAX & cruise port. We used the hotel shuttle to the airport and an Uber to the cruise port. Hot breakfast rotated items each day, so after a 4-night stay, it was nice to have variety. Hotel has pool, hot tub and laundry facilities. Very large and comfortable seating in lobby area. Nice neighborhood with several restaurants close by.

Personal was pleasant.

Staff was very friendly and efficient.

Cons:

The room was shabby. The door jamb in the bathroom was filthy, the vanity had long scrapes and missing pieces of veneer, there were tears in the wallpaper, tiles were ungrouted and the llghting was very dim in the room. Overall it was 'down at the heels' and not what was expected from a Hilton property.

I arrived after checkin time and a lot of us was waiting on rooms to be ready. Rooms and gym was out dated and had a smell. Gym needed dusting.

Great location to the airport and two restaurants. Was in walking distance to the Longhorn Steakhouse and Ruby Tuesday.
Pros:

We had a very comfortable room. Everything was clean and nicely done.
