The breakfast was cold not very enjoyable. Eggs were runey, potatoes were dry and cold. They started to close at 8;45 am,people were still coming down. Not very happy..
Breakfast choices were limited
Breakfast selection did not satisfy my eating habit. The room did not have a microwave or a hot water kettle.
The room was nice, fairly clean, staff was very friendly, hot tub was nice. Breakfast was very good.
Our room had a shower temperature issue. However the staff gave us a discount which made it doable. There were accommodating as they could be.
Cleanliness and a comfortable bed
The location was excellent. Room
And all other areas were very clean. Pool included. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Areas kept clean and replenished very quickly.
The hallways and rooms were quiet. You didn’t hear other people talking or yelling or slamming doors. Elevator was quick and easy.
The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and there needs to be more towels and linens provided.
Front desk staff was always pleasant and polite. Liked the cleanliness and design of room. Lots of pillows and nice shower. Easy to use temperature control.
Would be nice to have a microwave in the room. Toilet was running throughout the night. Beds were a bit soft; might benefit from a spin.

Nothing!
We come to Middletown to visit family several times a year. Middletown is not blessed with a multitude of hotel choices. On previous visits, this hotel has been decent. Generally, clean at a decent price point.
This last visit will be our last to this hotel! We last stayed here during the holidays in 2025. Not sure what happened but the place has nose dived from decent to a DUMP.
Specifically, zero has been done in terms of basic maintenance or upkeep. Beds are worn out, curtains frayed and carpets worn.
We had a specific problem also, seems our room was a handicap room and as such, had a floor drain near the shower. The floor drain was missing its top grate, leaving a gap of 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch between the floor surface. Just enough to allow a trip or floor stub or a wheelchair to get stuck in the hole. The missing grate also allowed sewer smells to waft into the bathroom
We dutifully advised the front desk of this situation, complete with photos, to be told, “ its always been like that “.
To make it even more delightful, due to a wedding, the hotel was full over the weekend. To welcome its occupancy, the hotel decided to price gouge its occupancy by raising the rates for those nights from $130 or so, to over $400.
For this dump! Never again.

Friendly staff who tried to be helpful. Very convenient location with nice buffet breakfast.
The ice making machine on my floor was broken...again! Also, the luggage carts could use a good cleaning.
The staff at the front desk was always welcoming and polite.
I needed to change my flight home to a day earlier for medical reasons. I was told by your company and booking.com that I would be refunded for the night of 5/11/26. That didn't happen and apparently wont be afforded to me. Otherwise everything was great.
