I would not stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel because it was close to the area in which I was traveling too. The hotel is located around a lot of stores and restaurants in which you have a variety of selections to choose.

Cons:

The customer service was not good, I called the hotel a few hours prior to my arrival several times and no one answered. I get there to check in and no staff was at the front desk, I called while standing there I here the phone ringing still no answer. I asked some other guest was anyone working the desk and they stand that they were calling the desk as well. Finally, after waiting for about 15 minutes a staff member appears not sure where she was coming from because it surely wasn't from the door leading to the front desk. With no apology for the wait time or anything very unprofessional. The hotel didn't have a fresh cleanly smell it was a musty odor and the floor I stayed on had a garbage can by the elevators that was full and smelly I was there from Friday to Sunday it never was changed.
