You can hear everything. It smelled in the hallways. The coffee maker had stuff growing inside. The breakfast was OK

Staff not knowledgeable

Staff member at desk during stay had difficulty understanding English and could not help with complaints. Breakfast was again terrible (this was second visit there). Kitchen ran out of basic items, ie eggs and yogurt most of the time and blamed it on families that were also guests. Could not get a Boarding Pass printed as the "Business Center" computer was inoperative. Staff could not help and said the computer had not worked "in quite a while". Why advertise "Free Breakfast" and "Business Center" if those items were not not truly available as expected or a reasonably priced hotel. They are not worthy of being a Wyndham-associated hotel as compared with Radisson and others we have stayed at. This was my second visit to this hotel and I decided to give them another try after a similar disappointing stay last August. When checking out, I again voiced my disappointment and told them they should have offered me a discount at least because of the breakfast shortcomings, but dis not even respond to that suggestion. I am very unhappy with them and will not stay there ever again! There are plenty of other hotels in that area. Never again!

Nous sommes arrivés, nous avions déjà fait un pré checking en ligne mais cela n'a pas vraiment aidé. On nous a attribué le 3 ième étage, ça sentait le pot a pleins nez . J'ai descendu pour me faire changer de chambre, le gars ne comprenait pas pourquoi sa sentait le pot ,ou non plus vu que c'est non fumeur. Sur le site sa montrait qui avait un ti spa, yen avait pas . La personne à notre arrivée a l'accueil un air de bœuf .

No problems or inconvenience.

They claim they have a hot tub/spa, but, it is just covered over with decking! Also, they claim to have a business center... well, they do! but unfortunately none of it works it is solely there for show! 😂

Property poorly maintained: Extensive mold bathrm ceiling, rusted tub drain, cracks in bathrm sink bowl, pool unclean w lg amt debris at bottom, 3 clumps long hairs on pool deck, lifesaver ring damaged, staff politely indifferent, even after showing her pics of problems, no discount offered, no mgmt followup after 2 complaints about poor conditions.

When we first checked in to our room there was a large brown stain on the mattress that could be seen with out undoing the bed. We let the front desk know , they wanted to send someone up to clean it but we requested to switch rooms. When we got to the other room we opened the closet to put our luggage in and there was a pair of red underwear on the floor completely soaked. We decided to just dispose of the underwear, due to a time constraint and the hotel being booked. On Sunday when we went to the included breakfast, the hot food was very cold, and the bagels had mold on them We let the staff know and they disposed of the bagels and put out new ones. Overall i would not stay here again.

Bathroom was moldy, toilet leaked onto the floor, bed was springy and uncomfortable, pool was out of order, vending machine was out of order, breakfast tasted bad, room smelled weird.

Crashing noises late at night at both nights of our stay.
The hotel was supposed to be near the airport. It was a good 12-15 minutes away.
