Staff was courteous and friendly. Close to venue we were attending
The caution tape outside initially thought ut oh. Turns out railings were being replaced
Excelente ubicación. Desayuno variado
Olor a humedad en el cuarto. Estábamos en el primer piso
I liked the bathroom, the cleanliness, the curtains were blackout, I felt safe, everything was neat and organized and I knew where everything was. The beds were comfy and warm. I loved setting the temperature in the room worked and the noise levels weren't terrible. I could hear doors slamming and a child outside my door in the early morning, but it was fine.
It smelled musty, like a wet towel was left to rot somewhere. That was the worst part. The TV was basically unusable for casting, and it'd be cool if users could login to things like Netflix or Hulu or something. I could also hear people and doors slamming outside of my room, which was expected.
Great breakfast!
Needs a lil bit of lights in my room
Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and fairly comfortable. Location was good cause it was close to so many things with plenty of options for food
Everything about the property was pretty good. The only thing we didn’t love was the very narrow driveways to get to the back parking lot and out.
A/C didn't work... It was 100 degrees outside. It was so hot we ended up leaving in the middle of the night. Other than that it was ok.
Beds were comfortable
Floors were uneven, dirty and felt like the hotel was gonna collapse. Never have I felt the ground vibrate. Very concerning. The breakfast was not that good considering they put out moldy bread.
BE CAREFUL IN THIS HOTEL! IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES OR ASTHMA IT WILL KILL YOU. They use a room freshener so bad, so strong that is impossible to breathe. I had to run out of there so fast that I even left some stuffs in the room
Good location
Service was good; front desk was helpful and friendly.
Really old and dated property, carpets where you don’t want to take your shoes off. Ground floor room and curtains didn’t cover the whole window.
I recieved two charges on my credit card. Waited a full week to make sure they both made it past processing and were fully charged to my card. They were. I called the hotel directly to question the second charge (which was significantly higher than the actual hotel stay price from my booking app. After being transferred to three people. The final person came on the phone and said “you smoked in the room! We charged you a cleaning fee” (I am not a smoker) I asked to speak to a manager to dispute. Conveniently the manager was not there. I’m still waiting on a call back from them a month later.
It was close to the graduation venue
The show stopped midway, for several minutes. Overall water pressure was low. We let front desk know but nothing changed. It happened again. You’d figure for $400 a night you can expect the water pressure to be decent and the water to stay on consistently.
