Downtown inn provided the exact service we were needing
Pros:

The check in process was easy. The front desk staff helped get us a room downstairs, very proactive in providing great customer service!

We did not stay.
Cons:

The facility was dirty, and we did not stay as a result. The staff was friendly and helpful. It seems the hotel is under new management, but they should get a new housekeeping staff as soon as possible.

The staff very friendly and the location was great but the room was dirty, depressing,WiFi was bad.
Pros:

Never tried the breakfast

Cons:

The room and linens were filthy. What were supposed to be clean towels had black footprints on them. The comforters covering the beds were stained as well the floors were so dirty our feet turned black.

Location excellent, office staff excellent overall the room was a good match for me.

Location and helpfulness from the office staff.

Cons:

I felt the towels needed to be cleaner. The coffee machine needed repairing and some of the lights were not working.

The location was very suitable for my stay.
Pros:

I stayed in a larger room than I had expected. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and very nice. The microwave and refer worked well.

Cons:

The heater in my room had a bit of a rattle, but it still worked ok.

Pay a little more and stay somewhere else.
Cons:

Cleanliness of the room was poor.

Bed sheets were stained and comforter had cigarette burns in it.

Breakfast didn’t happen because at 15 mins past the start time the office was still locked and no one was answering the after hours phone.

Wont stay here again. Very disappointed night and day difference from when i stayed here before last.

Pros:

Easy check in process and nice staff.

Cons:

The room smelled of old smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. Also, the bathroom had long hair and a dirty towel on the ground.

Pros:

This is a really nice hotel right downtown. It is an older Best Western type motel that has been dropped from the chain and updated by a non-chain proprietor. So the rooms are a bit smaller than today's WB standards, but as stated remodeled. The staff is suburb? And the price is certainly perfect, competing with Motel 6 in price, but a much better room.

Pros:

We checked in at 9pm the was still dirty from the guests before, and it took them over 2 hours to clean it up. To top it offer the “owner” promised a full refund for my 2 nights stay but never showed. I even talked to expedia customer support that he was going to issue a refund, it never came look. Spend the money and better hotel its worth it
