While the staff was incredibly accommodating and polite, the bed was old and so lumpy/soft we couldn’t sleep. We hur

It was modern and clean. Staff was polite and accommodating.

Cons:

There was no free coffee or breakfast which I’m used to at Courtyards- and the bed had a huge “hole” in the center which made us hurt in the morning. We had enormous difficulty sleeping well. We kept rolling toward one another.

Great room, staff, parking, food was ho-hum.
Pros:

We left too early to have breakfast

Cons:

Dinner quality wasn't that great. Staff and service were good, just the actual food could be improved. Salad was boring -mostly just lettuce, other dinner was bland and seemed pre-packaged.

Too expensive for amenities offered
Pros:

Had picked a shower with no tub. This had tub so we weren’t able to take shower because of disability. Only one trash can for whole place

A close location to the national park
Cons:

They advertise that there is a pool but you had to go over to the other hotel to use but. The staff didn’t tell me. Also this is the first hotel in a long time that didn’t offer a breakfast. The shower wasn’t cleaned. They didn’t offer many normal amenities like soap or enough towels.

The staff exceptional, room comfortable, the Bistro exceptional, but the parking lot unacceptable.
Pros:

The staff was exceptional. They were professional and resolved all issues. The Bistro was awesome for breakfast every morning..

Cons:

The parking lot at the facility was not acceptable the lighting was not sufficient. The trees need to be trimmed away from the parking lot lighting. This is a potential liability issue if it is not addressed.
