Nothing could’ve been better was excellent and accommodating
There was nothing to like about the property. It was so dirty and old from the entrance and getting up to the room, the elevator had flies in it. We got to our room and discovered the room wasn’t what was posted online and immediately went back downstairs to ask for a refund
The staff were rude and bitter. The location isn’t also safe at all. It was a really dirty unkept property and they had promised to refund our €600+ but later refused and only refunded the city tax we paid before we saw the mess of a hotel it was. I genuinely regret everything about my experience with them

Upgrade en chambre supérieur deluxe pour la deuxième nuit avec cette fois-ci une climatisation et une vraie grande douche.
Climatisation en panne, prix fort déjà réglé, personnel peu aidant dans notre demande pour un ventilateur déjeuner trop simple pour un quatre étoiles c’est quand même exagéré.
Zimmer top, ich habe ein Upgrade erhalten, vielen Dank dafür! Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr sehr freundlich und haben mir bei allen Anliegen geholfen. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Von dort aus zu den wichtigsten Touristen Spots mit dem Uber 15-25 min, Metro habe ich nicht genutzt. Kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
Außergewöhnliches Design bei der Einrichtung der Zimmer und eine geschmackvolle Vintage Bar.
Nettes Entgegenkommen bei der Verschiebung unseres Aufenthaltes und auch bei der spontanen Verlängerung. Wir konnten das gleiche Zimmer behalten ohne Umzug.
It’s a nice place, fun style BUT I specifically booked a hotel room with airco and a parking. The airco didn’t work and the parking was only for super small cars. I had a horrible night and the location is not a nice/safe place to park your car and walk around with your luggage.
The rooms were very spacious and had the nice French feel.
At the time, it was a heat wave and the aircon was down, but there were plenty of windows and when I complained to the staff they quickly provided a fan, buckets of ice and were very accomodating. The location isn’t the best, people advised it is a dodgy area, but I felt perfectly fine and safe roaming the streets late by myself ( single female) and the shops nearby were cheap and convenient. So if you dont like walking, it might be an issue getting to main attractions - but we should all strive to keep our steps up.
The room lights were strangely arranged and there was no info how to operate it.

Le déjeuner pourrait être améliorée, plus diversifiée mais je pinaille
Joli lieu, qui pourrait présenter l'avantage de dynamiser un peu le quartier.
Malheureusement, l'établissement semble en pleine dégringolade : climatisation en panne depuis des semaines, y compris pendant les périodes de canicule, service et accueil parfaitement amateurs, petit déjeuner au niveau d'un 2 étoiles, fourmis dans la chambre, pas d'articles de toilette dans la salle de bains, rideau de la chambre non occultant. La chambre était décrépite, ainsi que les couloirs des espaces communs. Baignoire pleine de calcaire. Bar testé le soir : cocktails sans alcool sans aucun intérêt, mais c'est un détail au vu du reste. Dommage, il y aurait de quoi faire un établissement très sympa avec des travaux et une bonne reprise en main.
