Estaba muy céntrico. Con balcón y una neverita.

Encontramos a faltar un mueble para dejar la maleta abierta y que la calefacción estaba centralizada con lo cual si tienes frío te daban un calefactor

Pros:

Lage war top. Personal sehr freundlich, gutes und reichliches Frühstück. Hotel war sehr ruhig, obwohl es direkt an der Strasse liegt

I'll be talking about Petit Palace Plaza Mayor, because Plaza Espana was closed for renovation and I was moved there. Parts of the room were damaged. The electric outlet of the hair drier was broken, exposing live wires (dangerous!). The shower's sylicone seal was inefficient and it flooded the bathroom. My wife's Pijamas was taken away with the towels on the bed and not recovered. They said if they find them, I'll have to pay for the shipment. Bathroom had no ventilation.

Great location for first time visit
Pros:

Excellent location. Was great staying at the hotel overall a very good experience and would stay again for the location. The hotel itself was very quirky and the fact it is as old as it is (since 1602) it adds history to it and made the stay very pleasant. We were a group of 6 including 3 children 11-16. Rooms we were given were 115 this was a quadruple room and contained a bunk bed and a double bed, other room was 411 and this was a double attic room with low ceilings. The rooms were nice and clean. Room 115 had windows but it seemed like a courtyard with rooms surrounding it and there was a lot of mess there so not much of a view. Room 411 had a small window but please be aware if you are taller then 5ft you might bang your head. Room 115 the sink was blocked for the first day then spoke to the front desk and when I came back in the evening it had been sorted. Just surprised that this was not already sorted as the cleaners had been into clean so surely they would have noticed it being blocked. The AC in the room wasn’t the best. We had booked the breakfast as part of our booking, there were a lot of options but just beware not everything was suitable for vegetarians would recommend that the hotel should put signs on the food items, my nephew picked up a yogurt and when he checked the ingredients using google translate it had gelatine in it. For me the breakfast wasn’t worth what we paid for it. Overall staff were very good at front desk, the breakfast staff did seem a bit miserable.
