Review Highlights

Pros:
Excellent central location
Friendly and helpful staff
Generally good/complete breakfast
Clean/new-feeling rooms reported by many
Good value for money
Cons:
Cleanliness/hygiene issues reported (hair, dirty bathroom, one serious hygiene comment)
Small rooms or cramped bathrooms/shower in some cases
Limited breakfast variety/cold items for some guests
Street/noise at night mentioned by some
Uncomfortable bed/ pillows mentioned by a couple of guests

Categories

Cleanliness
6.8
Mixed signals in reviews: several guests praised cleanliness but multiple comments note hygiene problems (hair in sink, unclean bathroom, 'hygiene was horrible'), and one report of a room left unsecured during cleaning — lowers the cleanliness score.
Service
8.8
Consistently positive comments about staff friendliness and helpfulness (packages accepted, attentive personnel, welcoming), frequently highlighted as a strong point.
Location
9.2
Overwhelmingly praised as central and ideal (many mentions of ‘Gran Vía’, central location, easy to explore the city) — a clear strength of the property.
Room Quality
7.6
Mixed: some guests describe rooms as very nice and spacious, others report small rooms, cramped shower/bath spaces and bathroom design issues (no shower curtain, narrow toilet area).
Amenities
7.8
Generally acceptable facilities (some notes of ‘very good installations’) but occasional complaints about limited offerings (breakfast variety, some items cold) and lack of luxuries; overall slightly below top-tier expectations.
Value for Money
8.4
Multiple guests explicitly note good quality-price ratio and willingness to return; value perceived as above average given location and service.
Food and Beverage
8.8
Breakfast is frequently described as very complete/excellent, though a few guests note limited variety or some items cold — overall positive but with some criticisms.
Overall Experience
8.2
Overall sentiment is positive (many recommendations, excellent service and location) but issues with cleanliness, occasional noise and small bathrooms temper the experience, bringing the overall score to the target rating.

Great stay in a modern hotel in a central location
Pros:

It had recently been renovated so was lovely and modern inside. It was so central, right near the metro and the shops so great location too and could pretty much walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were all really friendly

5 noches en Madrid
Pros:

Su ubicación es excelente cercano a la Gran Vía y a varias estaciones de metro. Las instalaciones de las habitaciones son modernas y cómodas.

Cons:

Aunque el hotel es bueno, considero que el precio es elevado para lo que ofrece.
