Goede locatie, ruime kamer, modern en schoon

Cons:

Personeel was erg onpersoonlijk, kortaf en weinig behulpzaam
Op de kamer tikte er de hele nacht iets om de paar minuten ( erg hinderlijk)

Cumprir calendário para uma noite, só isso.
Pros:

A localização é boa pela proximidade a alguns restaurantes, mas em relação a segurança deixa um pouco a desejar sair a noite perto do hotel. o pequeno almoço muito bom.

Cons:

Não gostei de não terem informado que não havia quartos com cama de casal quando fiz o check in, quando liguei para a recepção nao gostei de uma resposta " não tenho mais quartos" depois o responsavel do hotel duvidou que na minha reserva tivesse colocado que queria um quarto com cama de casal, e depois acabou por arranjar derivado a uma resposta mais azeda da minha parte, não gostei de ficar especado na recepção enquanto as funcionárias a nossa chegada foram fumar e o rapaz estava ao telefone, não gostei da tv não ter sinal, achei o quarto pequeno.

Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt sehr schön,
Klavier zum Frühstück
Das Restaurant fand ich auch sehr gut, keine vorgefertigten Produkte alles lecker aus der Küche selbst zubereitet.

Cons:

Pools waren nicht allzu groß aber für eine Abkühlung o.k

Cons:

Tendo em conta que só estivemos uma noite, não nos foi possível usufruir do Spa porque já estava lotado. Não fazíamos ideia que tínhamos que marcar com brevidade. Escolhemos especificamente um hotel com serviço de SPA e no fim não usufruímos.

A estadia foi espetacular!
Pros:

Gostámos de tudo. A localização é excelente, os quartos magníficos, conforto top, o pequeno almoço muito bom.
Usufruímos do Ginásio e ainda tivemos vaga para uma massagem seguindo se o SPA e a piscina exterior.

Cons:

A registar mais desagradável foi a sobreposição de agendamentos no SPA, agendámos para as 10h30 e quando chegámos estava lotado, tivemos que esperar para as 11h. Deveria ser mais controlada a marcação de tanta gente, visto que o SPA infelizmente é minúsculo. Com uma sala de TV tão grande e sempre vazia, poderiam optar por aumentar o espaço do SPA e a sala de TV ser mais pequena.
