Pros:

Das Frühstück war super und hatte eine große Auswahl, der Wellnessbereich ist etwas kleiner als er auf den Bildern wirkt, aber sehr einladend und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Bett war bequem.

Restaurant good, room good, front desk absolutely shocking bad service

Cons:

The staff at the front desk were extremely disinterested in us as customers, they took over 1 hour to check in the 5 of us- it was taking so long we actually gave them our passports and went to the restaurant which may I add had lovely staff. This morning when we checked out the staff at the desk did not even smile or say goodbye, we were made feel like we were just in the way as customers so they could sit there, while the staff member was on her phone this morning I commented that that they did not smile much and the reply was you are not nice people.
