Το μόνο μειονέκτημα που έχει,είναι ότι χρειάζεται και ένας νεροχύτης δίπλα στο μπιντε!Γιατι για το πλύσιμο των χεριών έπρεπε να πάμε στο κυρίως μπάνιο!!
The hotel's location was excellent in the center and very accessible to many shops and restaurants.
Unfortunately, we had a difficult and humiliating experience where we were not allowed to enter the room and was locked On purpose outside of the room.
The cause was because a few drops from bottle of water that was in the bag spilled on the bed and we didn't noticed.
The staff left us outside the door for almost an hour derailing us to enter the room.
it was humiliating because our friend the ambassador was waiting for us to have dinner with hem.
We asked a couple of times to get the manager or supervisor to resolve the issue so we can enter the room and it was taking almost one hour.
The shift manager, arrived and we all entered the room and the cleaning lady, to check the bed then checked the bed, the room was completely clean and then said that everything was fine and she apologized for the situation.
The all situation was very humiliating because they did it in front of the family, friends (ambassador) and hotel gests in addition to the fact that we almost missed reserved dinner.
After all of this it seems like they did't apologize seriously or compensate us.
in addition I want to point out that I wrote to you about the problem we had with the car that reserved by you in POLAND and you didn't came back to me about this issue.
Ideal location! Great hotel! Lovely breakfast! Maybe I suggest putting some drawers for clothes and getting a better bed for the kids in the family room. Everything thing else was perfect!!! would definitely go back
I had to argue with the receptionist in order to get the room I had booked and paid for - Unbelievable but true.
I made my booking long time ago through my ACCOR account (I am a regular customer) and I arrived at the hotel late night on the 11th of February. After checking in and paying, I went to the room I was given (n. 224), just to find out that was not the one I had reserved (and paid for).
Back to the reception of course and when I showed the guy my reservation and explained that the room that I was given was not what I paid for, I got the unbelievable answer “we are almost full and this is what we have”.
I explained to him that first of all it is their problem and that the worst thing is that during the checking process they never mentioned that to me as they obviously had to do.
It is a totally unacceptable behaviour of a 4 star hotel not only to a regular guest but to anyone.
Only after arguing and explaining that I was not willing to accept anything else than what I booked - the receptionist had to go back and forth to speak with the manager - I finally got a room.
It was my first time in this particular hotel and I will certainly never come back.
Perfect location with cosy rooms and a good bed.

The lobby is impressive but the rooms are in a state of disrepair. A broken lock, a missing remote control and stains on the carpet are evident. The atmosphere is further marred by unprofessional staff who appear to lack customer service training. While some were courteous, only a small percentage were. For example, when we asked for the pool opening time a young man simply pointed and walked away. When we repeated the request he shrugged and continued. This is a representative example of the overall experience. The cost and time invested are not justified and the disappointment is considerable.
