The location is great, central close to many things.
The staff were really nice and helpful

Cons:

The hotel was under construction, which no one mentioned anywhere.
The entrance was dark, slippery, and dangerous, there were no lights, and we basically risked our lives coming in and going out every day since it was also snowing, and the entrance was very narrow.

My brother actually hit his head on one of the metal bars of the construction one evening since it was totally dark.

The cleaning wasn't good, the sheets weren't changed.

In the expensive suite, many facilities didn't work yet the prices remained high, the carpets are full of stains all over the rooms and the hall.

It was our 4th time in this hotel but this time it was a 3 stars level. Too bad .
