Wonderful!
Pros:

It’s awesome you allow pets. The room was much bigger than expected, especially for the price. Very impressed!

Cons:

The Waterpark was a little dirty. My kids found bugs, feathers and just some gross stuff in the water. I’m sure it’s hard to keep it clean with so many people coming in and out.

Not what I expected but I was able to sleep.
Pros:

It was in an alright location to get around rapid.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact I had to evacuate the building and stand outside forever because their alarm system was faulty.

Everything was fine except for housekeeping
Pros:

Breakfast was good, food was hot, well maintained by staff. Waffles, sausage, biscuits, gravy, cold cereal, assorted breads. Hotel was clean, water park was clean

Cons:

Housekeeping. Stayed 4 nights, housekeeping never vacuumed, trash can never emptied, towels were coarse, scratchy

This will the be my first choice on any subsequent visit.
Pros:

Great place to stay. The staff at the front desk was friendly, considerate and professional, and I appreciated having someone staffing the breakfast especially someone to prepare waffles.

Cons:

Almost not worth mentioning. The bathroom door squeaked a little.

Very clean, would stay again
Pros:

Very, very clean room. Check-in was quick and flawless. Breakfast was wonderful. There were several employees helping out at breakfast so it wasn't chaotic as most hotel breakfasts can be.

Cons:

Sliders "restaurant". Not really a restaurant but rather a walk up counter to grab a sandwich or wrap. It mainly services the waterpark.
