Pros:

The location is excellent and I love how dog friendly it is. The breakfast is good and the staff very polite, professional and accommodating. We stay at this hotel every time we come to Rapid City.

Horrible, Noisy
Pros:

Horrible experience. Walls are like paper thin and if there is a conjoining door to another room, forget it! Our last night ended with having to get the police involved to remove our neighbor which was having a whole party, drinking, falling down, cussing, etc. It was well after midnight before the issue was resolved. Then our card was billed twice, no discount or compensation for the horrendous night we endured. Will never stay here again.

Cons:

Wish the Waterpark was open later and quiet time was until 8am instead of 7am bc kids were yelling and running down the haul at 7am when we were trying to sleep.

my sink was clogged from the ppl before me. they fixed it that day.

Cons:

like any water park the busier it gets the dirtier it gets. thats on the guests for being gross ppl not cleaning up after themselves.

Pros:

The room was.perfect but the bed was the most comfortable I've had in any recent hotel stay and I travel for work. I even booked an extra.night I enjoyed my stay so much.

Cons:

Breakfast was continental but there was no staff available and things were not running smoothly. Things were very empty and not impressive. I got a juice and left.
