They were not clear about the M pet fee and we paid an arm N a leg. Bullshit.

Super dirty facility all the way around room was very dirty and couch bed was horrible. Couldn't swim because of the amount of people @ water park. The amount I paid for our room was outrageous.

Broken TV that they are trying to charge us for.
Waterpark doesn’t open until 4pm which is a disappointment considering that’s why we paid the extra money to stay there. Bracelets rarely worked also!
First night we stayed in the 2 king bed room next night stayed in 2 queen bed room ….. 2 king bed room had a broken TV, 2 queen bed room was disgusting and gross, mold in fridge mold, mold on ceiling In bathroom, carpet was disgusting.
They checked in what sounded like a load of fat cattle at midnight on our second night in the room above us who carried on and stomped around all night & woke up us up numerous times. I called the front desk and asked them to ask them to be quiet and he told me to deal with it ……. Terrible customer service.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a very concerning experience. After checkout, we were charged $250 for a “damaged television” that we absolutely did not break.
When we noticed the issue, I raised the concern and informed the front desk that the TV was broken and they asked if we had another one in the room and to use that one because 2 king bed rooms have 2 tv’s . The next morning the response I received was simply, “I’ll make a note of it.” There was no apology, no urgency, and no indication that it would actually be addressed. It honestly felt as though nothing would be done and that the next guest might end up dealing with the same issue. At checkout, there was again no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, and no effort to offer any type of credit or resolution.
We followed up with a phone call to the hotel the morning after being charged for the TV. The first employee we spoke with was dismissive and essentially told us that it was “too bad” and that we were going to be charged regardless. We were then told to call back at 9:00 a.m. to speak with the General Manager. When we called back at 9:30 a.m., we were told the same thing — that we would still be charged — and that the General Manager would not be in and there was no one available who could assist us with our concerns.
They’ve got a nice little scam going here so beware!
I did also report this to corporate, my credit card. If this has happened to you do the same and also file a formal complaint with the South Dakota Attorney General’s Office - consumer protection division and also the BBB!

The shower flooded the bathroom, hall and closet. I was unable to finish gettin ready in the bathroom. My crocks got wet in there got as the were sitting in the flood (and seems like they got water sprayed on them???). My husband wiped up the water and put the shower head facing the wall. Less flooding but still flooded. The shower incident is our only complaint, but that is a pretty big complaint as it held us up and housework was done by us. Also I left scattered tissue in the living room bc I dried the indide of my shoes with it and it crumbled.
The staff was excellent when we checked in and made us feel so welcomed.
