An excellent location on seafront
Pros:

This was an excellent seafront location. Excellent breakfast and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Make sure to use the hotel’s roof top pool/bar area,amazing. Also take a walk up past the palace to the Marine, well worth it.

Cons:

Little bit of noise from some of the other rooms, but that was the visitors fault, not the hotels fault.

Pros:

excellent room , very spacious . The hotel is in a great location and the welcome was superb

Good location and Staff, Accommodations Need Work.
Cons:

I stayed in 3 hotels while in Portugal and this one was the least clean. The tub basin was cracked, the shower had someone else's hair upon arrival, and the room's cleanliness was not what was expected. It did not feel like it was thoroughly cleaned. Location is great and staff is great, but I would not recommend to a friend unfortunately.

Pros:

We verbleven met twee personen. Aankomst laat, ontvangst allervriendelijkst. Op de kamer aangekomen zagen we een klein 2 persoonsbed. Naar receptie met verzoek om ander bed. Dit werd direct geregeld. Heerlijk groot bed, centrale ligging, mooi uitzicht op zee. Fantastisch ontbijt. Parkeren beneden in het hotel. Mooie stad Cascais. Hotel Baia is meer dan de moeite waard: helemaal perfect.

Personale attento e disponibile, ottima posizione, abbondante colazione

Cons:

Da segnalare la presenza incombente di piccioni durante la prima colazione sulla terrazza, così abili da rubare il cibo dal piatto degli ospiti!
Il parcheggio sottodimensionato non permette un’accoglienza adeguata, e non sí può neppure prenotare in anticipo.

It sucked

Cons:

The bed had bed bugs and I was bitten on my fingers. Arms, elbows and leg. It was very uncomfortable and itchy. When o told the front desk person, they said it was mosquito bites. It spread and the itching continued.
They finally moved our room after speaking to someone else. I reported this incident three times. I had to continue to suffer for the remainder of my trip. And worried the bugs were in my luggage.
