Très, très bien dans l'ensemble
Pros:

Le cadre, la chambre, le petit-déjeuner, la personne à l'accueil très attentionnée, la vue depuis la piscine

Cons:

Le personnel au restaurant vraiment pas très accueillant et le fait que le plat commandé n'était pas disponible - ça peut arriver - n'a été signalé qu'au moment d'apporter le plat de mon épouse. Nous avons été obligés de manger en décalé. Ce qui n'est pas très agréable et nous a fait rater le bateau pour Cadiz.

Hacen eventos con música en directo hasta después de las 00.30 h que no te permiten descansar. No se puede ver ni la televisión porque no se oye del ruido extremo producido por la música. Nadie avisa cuando haces la reserva y pagas. Es evidente que el establecimiento incumple su parte del contrato, lo cual es muy muy grave.

Un lugar increíble!!!!!
Pros:

Un lugar excepcional para disfrutar de una escapada en el Puerto de Santa María. Tuve un fallo al hacer mi reserva por poner la fecha equivocada, pero la chica de la recepción ( no recuerdo su nombre) fue súper amable y encantadora y lo solucionó todo. Sin duda, si tuviese que volver, repetiría el mismo hotel por la amabilidad que tuvo. No pudimos disfrutar de las instalaciones, pero era todo magnífico y se veía todo perfecto. Gracias por todo!!!! Estuvimos muy cómodas mis amigas y yo.

Cons:

Me gustó todo, pero por poner algo, las limpiadoras deberían de hablar un poco más bajito en el pasillo, estábamos durmiendo y se escuchó toda la conversación al detalle.

Breakfast is a collection of dry bread and brown fruit.

The location and space itself. The rooftop pool was simple but stylish.

Cons:

Some real budget hotel energy in simple places knocked the whole experience down : charging for pool towels at reception instead of just having upstairs and charging two after breakfasts when all we managed to eat was an egg and a brown banana. Don’t eat here. But sleeping was fine.
