Location and the parking guard
Air conditioner very noisy !
Traveled in August 2026 for business. Would not stay here again (see cons).
Pros:
-helpful and friendly staff including the manager.
-located in a good area that is central and close to many things.
-secure ample parking lot with security guard.
-clean linen and comfortable beds.
-AC kept the room nice and cool.
-good breakfast
-has gym on property grounds
-security lock box and mini fridge in rooms.
Cons:
-there is a nightclub next to the back of the property (Plaza Portales mall) and they blast very loud music until 2 am. Window was vibrating from the loudness. I couldn't get enough sleep. This is why I wouldn't stay here again. This negates whatever positive this hotel had.
-breakfast area was too warm.
-kind of pricey.
-"premium" Wifi was still way too slow.
I recommend staying somewhere else if you value your sleep.

El trato del personal de cocina.... son demasiado despotas no rellenan el servicio y exactamente a las 10am recogen todo sin preguntar si se va a comer algo mas

El desayuno me parecio muy bien al igual que todos los servicios, con gusto volveria, sobre todo que eramos alrrededor de 15 personas y un poco escandalosos obvio en recepcion y alberca, sin ningun problema, gracias
