Perfect central location
Pros:

Excellent hotel, staff friendly. Room is as perfect, clean, comfortable, spacious and amazing view. Breakfast was a great selection. Good location, only 10 min walk to piazza Tasso, would stay again

Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable and the locatiin is super convinient. The only complaint is breakfast which was awful and tasteless, the quantity of the food was inadaquate the dishes were dirty and the service was terrible, we waited for 20 minutes for coffee!!! My suggestion book a room with no breakfast.

Wonderful, stylish, relaxing and luxurious.
Pros:

Beautiful to look at and be in. Amazing decor and design celebrating Italian mid-century. Beautiful details everywhere. The pool area is gorgeous. The room was spotless. We loved the property too.

Other than breakfast really nice stay
Pros:

The reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable

Cons:

Although the food was very good, the layout did not gel well and the staff could’ve been a lot more tentative it was very hard to get more coffee and even the first order of coffee sometimes took a long time to come

Prima verblijf, goed ontbijt op de koffie na, (slootwater, cappuccino; slootwater met melk)
Pros:

We hadden lastminute een kamer geboekt, niet de goedkoopste maar de luxere variant. Het bleek in een naastgelegen gebouw, die via een lange gang gekoppeld leek te zijn aan het mooie hoofdgebouw. De kamer was zeer gedateerd, totaal niet zoals op de foto’s, en direct naast een lift die veel lawaai maakte. Ook was het erg gehorig, we hebben om een andere kamer gevraagd, en met 20,- bijbetalen kregen we een upgrade naar de kamer van de foto’s. Heel fijn, een wereld van verschil!! Maar wel vrij prijzig, in totaal €180,- voor een nacht.

Cons:

Dat niet duidelijk was op Booking dat je kennelijk een hele oude kamer boekt waar 20 jaar niets aan gedaan is.
