Pros:

Brekkie was great
Location was amazing
Staff were friendly and always happy to accommodate
Overall brilliant besides leaving behind an expensive pair of board shorts which nobody took the time to notify us about and it was too late for us to come back to get them as we were already in Naples which
But disappointed anyhoo

Cons:

The only thing I can say we were bitterly disappointed with was my husband left a expensive pair of board shorts which we only realised were left behind when we were in Naples which was just too hard to communicate about
So we left it
We were more then happy to have had them posted out with us paying the postage.

Hotel com um bom custo benefício
Pros:

Hotel em boa localização. Quartos mais antigos, mas confortáveis. A equipe da recepção é muito boa. Tivemos um problema e a senhora Lucia, fez o possível para nos ajudar.
Café da manhã muito bom.

Misled and disappointed - would never stay again.
Pros:

Staff was friendly, mostly on the dining side. Front desk was polite as well.

Cons:

Accommodations were not aligned with what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The pictures the property shares to attract guests are 100% not what you get upon arrival. Both my fiancé and I felt extremely misled and disappointed upon arrival. It was old, lacks a view, and in short should be priced around 300-350 per stay. I would highly recommend to those searching for a hotel with exceptional service, views, and accommodations to look elsewhere.

Pros:

The hotel is really nice, we got one of the upgraded rooms which was great. Really modern and clean. The pool is really big, staff were lovely! Food was decent too at the pool & reasonable price with the rest of the centre!

Cons:

I wouldn’t stay here again only because of how noisy the road is, I couldn’t get to sleep most nights till past 2am and the noise doesn’t stop until maybe 3 and back again at 6am. It’s ongoing and just feels like the window is open the whole time it’s very hard to sleep. it’s also about a 15 min walk down to the square & maybe 25/30 to the beach. But if you don’t mind walking it’s no problem.

Lovely staff- hotel needs upgrading.

The staff and service was great here.

Cons:

For the price you are paying, this hotel is at best a 3 star. Our shower roof had mould, the blow dryer only worked in 10 minute intervals, the fridge wasn't cold. For the price we paid, I was expecting much more and was disappointed.

Highly recommend staying here
Pros:

Didn’t expect it to be as amazing as it was I truly was shocked the service the front desk. The breakfast was great. The people were great.! It’s location. Also great! And I would definitely recommend getting a pool view.

Cons:

Everything was great no complaints. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

No access to pool due to end of season? They shut it down early. Staff during the breakfast service were rude and unhelpful.
