Our room was spacious and clean. Staff were exceptional. Every time I asked for things staff were prompt. Buffet was great too. Also, close to other restaurants and shopping.
Dirty windows and cigarette butts in back of hotel.
The water park was ok. The food was alright for the price.
My bathroom was dirty and my wife had to get cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom. The towels was hard and rough from the face towels to dry towels in the bathroom. The pool towels was hard and rough as well. My stay at the hotel was not a pleasant one. And I will not be recommend them.
The water park was a surprise and my room was cool and comfortable
I didn’t like have a $100 retainer to be returned after your stay, only of they thought you didn’t owe for fdamage or other.
Clean rooms as always, friendly staff both at the front desk and housekeeping. Great value with the waterpark passes. Waterpark was fun as always. Love the slide with the raft. Waterpark staff friendly and professional. My family has been going here for about 5 years now, always a wonderful time!

The hotel was clean, comfortable. Beds were great and room was perfect size. Shower/bathroom was great size, shower was nice size and shower head was great massage/force.

This place is amazing. My family of 4 only stayed one night on a last minute decision and we are already planning when we can try to come back! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the rooms were clean and modern, cute barn doors for the bathroom, the beds were comfortable and the side table by the bed was actually big enough for my cpap, phone water bottle along with items for whoever is in the other bed! We didnt take a swim in the pool but walked in there and it was nice and warm and the whole area was clean. Our 1st floor room had access to an adorable little courtyard with tables and firepits. If we had been staying longer I can just imagine how wonderful it would have been to sit out there and enjoy my coffee!

The room was clean and we enjoyed the restaurant.
The main pool area seemed like it could have been cleaner. Other guests were up late running and screaming in the halls until around 1am.
The rooms were very spacious.
The hotel was not very modern. There was lots of wallpaper and the bed was comfortable but squeaky and the pillows seem like they have been used too much.
