The Ingleside Hotel

The hotel is very welcoming, and clean- it even smells good anywhere you go! We were greeted with smiles from all of the staff. They were very helpful and upbeat, no matter where you were at. The waterpark was clean and the kids had a lot of fun. The supper club was a great area to watch the game and have good food. Our server was helpful, gave us some insight on the food and we never had to ask for a refill on our drinks! Overall one of the best stays we have had in our adventures with the kids. Oh, and they are pet friendly, too! Our fur baby got a couple toys and love as we checked in.

Excellent experience! Checked in around 2pm and went swimming. Came back at 4:15pm for my room, because I hadn’t heard anything. Was given meal vouchers for my wait and eventually received our room around 4:45pm. The meal vouchers paid for the breakfast buffet, which to me was quite considerate. ALL staff were professionals. Rooms were clean, warm, and had exhaust in the bathrooms. The inner walls of the guest rooms have little insulation, since you can hear hallway conversations. People did practice quite time, so no issue. I will come back again.

The Ingleside is a quaint hotel located just off the interstate. It has a water park (which in January I didn't need) and a restaurant and bar inside the hotel. I was there for a training and the staff, both at the front desk and during the training, was wonderful! I enjoyed my stay immensely!

We absolutely love the Ingleside! We go a couple times a year with our family, and it is a great experience every time. The Hotel staff is very kind and helpful, the overall hotel is clean and well taken care of, and we love the waterpark! Great time at a great value!

We have visited multiple Indoor waterparks in the state and the team at Ingleside is one of the best we have seen. Our Family arrived late 8:45pm on Friday night ( water park is open till 10pm) and we went right for the water park, upon entering we had noticed that we were the only 2 people in the whole water park. After looking around i had noticed all the guards were in there places and doing there job as if there was 300 people in the area. This team is amazing and ready for action in seconds, We were in one of the pools and a drill was conducted. The staff member took less then 10 seconds to complete the task, I even tried to brake there routine by asking one what time it was? She never broke from her task and singled that she did not know or did not have a watch on. Being a Firefighting/ EMS family we thank the guards for there time and dedication.

The rooms were very spacious with plenty of room for 3 people, The beds although very tall were very comfortable and when we needed extra blankets more were brought to the room in less then 2 minutes. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel were 5 star, upon entering there was adequate staff to check in and answer questions. The hotel did not have a musty smell or anything out of place. This hotel is located right on a major highway but with how set back the rooms are you can not hear the cars or semis in your rooms. There is also ample parking around all the entrance's and more then enough room for Rv's and large trailers.

The value Ingleside offers is amazing based on our experience with other hotels with indoor water parks connected to them. if water is not your thing its only minutes to the Johnson Creek Outlet malls and tons of other shopping places in the area.

The room was very spacious, great with our daughter and having our friends hang out with us too. Along with being right next to the waterpark for my nieces birthday.
