Great, clean central location in Asheville.
Pros:

Great central location to everything in Asheville. Friendly staff, clean, quiet. Huge room. Breakfast had a good variety.

Cons:

Some days seemed to have limited parking if you arrived after 9 p.m. Parking lot was very full. The area has some homeless wandering the street but everything is locked down so it wasn't an issue.

Overall the stay was very comfortable, convenient and affordable.
Pros:

The breakfast was a little scarce and the eggs could be cooked a little bit more and with flavor.

Cons:

The floors could be vacuum and mop. I accidentally spilled coffee on the floor and when I wiped it up; unfortunately, the floor in the kitchen was very filthy.
