Request for close rooms ignored.
Pros:

The suites were nice for families. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice although the hot tub needs repair. Breakfast was the same thing every day and did not include bacon. It was kept well stocked. There is not enough seating and we often had to take our food back to our room to eat. The lady working there seemed overwhelmed and over worked.

Cons:

I booked three rooms for a family trip to the Biltmore and requested at the time of booking that the rooms be adjoining or next door on the same floor. I personally called the Hotel and made my request to the manager upon booking and called again two days before our arrival, requesting that our rooms be together. When we arrived, not only were our rooms NOT together, they could not even accomodate us on the same floor or on the same end of the hotel! I spent the entire three days running to opposite ends of the hotel and on different floors! They were unwilling to make any kind of accomodation of compensation for this inconvenience.

Will highly recommend to my friends and family.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was great! It was the best stay in all my years of traveling! Everyone spoke to you as if you were family! Will defiantly go back there again.

Overall a wonderful stay! We would return and recommend to others.
Pros:

The property is very clean, comfortable and has a homey feel. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The only negative I can think of is that I didn’t think the pillows were comfortable. They were too soft.

A wonderful hotel!
Pros:

The room was great, very clean. Breakfast was delicious. We loved the check out time so we didn't feel rushed to leave.

Cons:

We had trouble with the TV, finding the programs, etc. It would have been nice to have a TV guide in the room as the guide on the TV was difficult.

Pros:

Location very close to downtown Asheville, about 5 minutes away from where I had to be for meetings. Breakfast was excellent, with a lot to choose from.
