Overall the stay was very comfortable, convenient and affordable.
Pros:

The breakfast was a little scarce and the eggs could be cooked a little bit more and with flavor.

Cons:

The floors could be vacuum and mop. I accidentally spilled coffee on the floor and when I wiped it up; unfortunately, the floor in the kitchen was very filthy.

Request for close rooms ignored.
Pros:

The suites were nice for families. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice although the hot tub needs repair. Breakfast was the same thing every day and did not include bacon. It was kept well stocked. There is not enough seating and we often had to take our food back to our room to eat. The lady working there seemed overwhelmed and over worked.

Cons:

I booked three rooms for a family trip to the Biltmore and requested at the time of booking that the rooms be adjoining or next door on the same floor. I personally called the Hotel and made my request to the manager upon booking and called again two days before our arrival, requesting that our rooms be together. When we arrived, not only were our rooms NOT together, they could not even accomodate us on the same floor or on the same end of the hotel! I spent the entire three days running to opposite ends of the hotel and on different floors! They were unwilling to make any kind of accomodation of compensation for this inconvenience.
