Pros:

We came to Pensacola for a graduation , and the location was perfect. Very good breakfast, comfortable bed, clean and quiet room. What I want to mention that impressed us is the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. We planned to have a gathering in a park with family and friends after graduation, but it rained every day we were there. We asked the staff if we could use the breakfast area for the meeting in the afternoon, and they did let us do it. We thank you very much, Manager Latasha and the lady who checked us in late at night( we didn't ask her name)🩷. Next time we will be in town this is going to be the only hotel we'll stay in.

I stay was very frustrating. We felt very neglected for the fee that we paid.
Pros:

The breakfast area was clean and the food fresh.

Cons:

The window leaked all night long and we called repeatedly and nothing was done and then they said they would fix it the next morning and it was not fixed the entire time that we were there. We had used all the towels to stop the water from dripping and they said come down and get new ones cause there’s nobody to bring any up to you at 10 o’clock at night. The cabinet was hanging off of the hinges. It was broken when we arrived in the room, but it became an issue because it was the one the door that goes in front of the refrigerator so it hung off right in the middle of the room the whole time as well.

Pros:

The location was nice, close to a lot of things. The breakfast was okay. The room was clean. I didn't deal with the staff too much, but the people at the front desk were pretty nice.

Cons:

My only complaint is that the room had a musty smell to it. I'm just hoping it didn't have mold. When we came in they had it hot in there, so maybe that's why it had a musty smell.

Wonderful as usual
Pros:

This is our “go-to” place to stay when we visit our family in Pensacola. The staff is so friendly and the accommodations are always just what we have come to expect. And it is close to wonderful shopping and dining.

The room was clean and the staff was nice. I didn’t care for the flat pillows and the bed was really firm, but other than it was a great place to stay!

Front door auto opening did not work ,,, knocked on door .... ignored by front desk.... had an appointment so had to leave without being able to get what I needed from my room
