We had room 211. Small (12 sqm?) room fitted with 3 beds. WiFi was totally crap. Airco wouldn't adjust, you're either freezing cold or sweating when you switch it off. Chemical breakfast. Off town, you can't do w/o a car. Of course, there's a swimming pool and stuff, but honestly for a 4*, it's not at the expected level.

Pros:

De kamers zagen er op eerste zicht wat verouderd uit. Wij hadden om 2 bedden gevraagd en hebben deze ook gekregen. De matrassen waren uitstekend. De airco deed het goed.
Ontbijt was een tegenvaller, soms waren er geen broodjes.wij zijn een paar keer elders gaan ontbijten.
Het zwembad was mooi en proper.

Pros:

Staid for 3 nights, chose the hotel mainly due to the outdoor pool area. The service was very good, hotel a bit dated in general, but renovated. Overall OK but not a proper 4-star stay.

Hotel molto pulito e curato nei dettagli. Ci siamo trovati bene, staff molto gentile e colazione abbondante.
Dovendo trovare dei difetti, posso dire che la stanza era un po' piccola rispetto alle aspettative, inoltre le stanze non erano insonorizzate.

Un buen hotel pero necesita muchos arreglos con el personal de desayuno, las toallas viejas y rotas , las sábanas viejas con agujeros . No es un hotel donde volverá.

Pros:

Very clean and beautiful hotel. Extremely friendly staff, and they ensure your safety during this COVID crisis...checking temperatures upon check in, plexiglass around the front counter, etc. The pool is HUGE and wonderful during these hot days. And the location is PERFECT. Right outside of the beautiful city of Lecce, and in the middle of the east, south, and west coasts of Puglia (most beautiful beaches in Italy).
