de apartementen zijn verschikkelijk, wij en familie moesten uit onze apartementen vanwege regenval uit de badkamers plafond. oude meubels die uitelkaar vielen, bankstel versleten, in de ene apartement wel een vaatwasser de ander niet, halve service en afgebroken kommen, afzuigkap niet werkend, geen waterkoker of extra apparaat, deurknoppen die afgebroken in de kast lagen, schoonmaakservice om de 3 dagen, je betaald 5 sterren. 1eerste apartement mooi terras met uitzicht, tweede apartement uitzicht donker tegen een muur. fotoos op de website is niet de werkelijkheid. ontbijt en het zwembad zitten aan de overkant van de straat in het hotel dus als het regent moet je een paraplu mee. ik heb een klacht bij booking.com neergelegd, die vergoeden dan 3% van je volledige bedrag😒. verder zal aparthotel albufera een tegoed of compensatie moeten geven. Die reageren niet op booking.com maar ook niet op mij 10 emails en alle beloftes van de receptie( als ze opnemen) dat ik zeker word terug gebeld. gewoon niet boeken, want ja van het ontbijt word je ook niet vrolijk. verpakte cakejes, elke dag dezelfde keus brood, beleg, 1 stuk fruit, cornflakes en wat warme gekookte groente. Niks 5 sterren, je word gewoon belazerd. ik heb alles gefilmd, helaas krijg ik dat niet geupload.
