Pros:

Animal friendly, clean, spacious rooms with warm full breakfast (eggs, sausage, biscuts & gravy, oatmeal, fruit, juice, milk).

Cons:

No fault of the hotel, but other people who make the place smell like weed & let their kids run wild with no discipline. Some were very rude to the workers at breakfast time.

Great family place to stay.
Pros:

The night staff went above and beyond for my family. They were super friendly and even joked with you when u checked in. The pool was nice and warm and clean and so were the rooms. They were even willing to work with me when there was a chance we would have had to stay 1 more night due to the level 3 emergency. I will definitely be staying there more often.

Cons:

That they didn't have the snow ball fight after all. Lol
