Nice room, very clean. Good location,close to city downtown. But the breakfast is not good.

Disappointing continental breakfast
Pros:

No waffles at the continental breakfast…. What is the point of a continental breakfast without the iconic waffles? Will not be coming back.

All in all decent stay add new beds make it cooler on the top floors and we will be back !
Pros:

I loved the staff they were all super nice and super accommodating their the reason I would come back !

Cons:

Uncomfortable temperature in the room and the beds were horrible.

Broken AC
Pros:

Clean, modern rooms with comfortable beds and linens. Great, non scary location.

Cons:

The AC unit was not working in our room. Front office was alerted, but they would not call maintenance staff in on their day off. So hot room with heat kicking on. And no money was refunded for an uncomfortable night.

I thought the $75 nonrefundable pet fee was a lot.
Cons:

Well, it was a little noisy around my room. Chairs tables below my window outside and biggest thing was that the thermostat was right across from the bed and the blue light was bright in my face. I tried to get it to go off but it lit up the room in the dayrk

Pros:

Very nice, clean, good location

Cons:

No towels in the pool area and no one at the desk to request. We had 6 guests on our reservation and only 3 towels

Pros:

We really liked the location being so close to the Cox Arboretum. Loved the little kitchenette and the bathroom sink being outside of the toilet/shower room. We really appreciated the got oatmeal with a variety of toppings for breakfast (rather than little oatmeal packets).

Cons:

Nothing. We really enjoyed staying here and would do so again.

Pros:

Loved the location and was satisfied the hotel.

Cons:

Disliked booking procedure and booking customer service. Rhea was fine she just didn't have the tools for support of a system that was broken.

There was $5 fee for parking at the hotel. I guess I didn't read the fine print.

Everything was great and the staff was quick to respond to issues I had
Pros:

We like the variety of breakfast each day. Kids love the complementary cookies and I like the cucumber water.

Cons:

What I don't like was that the pool doesn't have proper ventilation it was hot the whole time we were using it with my kids I have to open the door with access to outside bar-b-q just to get some air inside.

The rooms were very nice and loved the lay out!
Pros:

Breakfast was great and the staff was very nice!

Cons:

I have a couple extra charges on my credit card for $40 and again for $30. I don't know what that is for....we didn't do anything extra was there for a softball tournament. My original bill had the parking fee for both days so I will be looking into that?
