Our stay was okay, but it’ll be even better in the future once the updates are all done.
Pros:

Staff was friendly, facility was nice despite age. Free breakfast was nice to have, food was okay.

Cons:

Lots of construction, hot water in shower lasted roughly 5 minutes, never had linens changed although asked for, husband took out our trash multiple times, pool was closed until our last day for chemical reasons, but when it was finally opened, we could barely stay in the enclosed pool area for long before the chlorine smell/chemical was burning our eyes & made it hard to breathe, not sure the chemicals were actually balanced. Wish the jacuzzi/hot tub was still there. Parking was extremely limited, essentially not available for how many guests there were.

I had a good experience I’d come back.
Pros:

Proximity to airport and restaurants makes it convenient. Facilities were clean and in order. The breakfast service was great. The gym and indoor pool is small but still a good amenity for visitors. The shuttle service is great but you have to give them a 45minute in advance to give you a ride from hotel. The staff were accommodating and polite.

Cons:

You have to pay for parking.
Hotel is dated, needs some touch ups of paint and repair.

Great experience!
Pros:

Very accommodating to our group of 20 for a youth conference that we attended.. conference ran late and when we arrived to the hotel we were allowed to use the lobby even after it closed, to feed our youth.. They staff I spoke to several times to ensure everything was in order and pricing was correct were extremely helpful!! Clean rooms, comfortable beds!! Definitely be back again! Staff that helped deserve recognition and a free meal!!!!

I was blessed to stay 1 night. I will be back.
Pros:

The breakfast was perfect for me because I didn't want a whole lot. I was missing some honey and regular Raisin Bran, but those are just picky things. Everything was wonderful, really. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Kudos!

Cons:

I couldn't tell how to adjust the air in the room at first. The label on the wall could have been more clear, instructing the guest to adjust the air on the window unit (or something similar).

AVOID THIS OUTDATED AND CRIME AREA HOTEL.
Pros:

This hotel is one to avoid if you are travelling in a personal vehicle or staying more than 1 night. Yes, the price is reasonable, but the rooms are very dated and dark inside. The furniture is stained and smells, the beds are very old and worn. The paint is peeling off the wall; there is no water pressure in the shower, and let's not forget that most rooms do not have a fridge or microwave, or smart TV.

The parking seems well lit, and safe, but behind the hotel in the wooded area is a homeless camp, and they will take things from your vehicle and creep around the parking lot. My truck broken into 3 nights ago and over $2500 worth of personal items, as well as several other guest. The hotel would not assist in any way and was like sorry that happened. Plus, the cost of $450 to replace the glass and another $150 to have it professionally cleaned.

The breakfast is alright if you like plant-based items, soggy potatoes, flat microwaved eggs or egg substitute. This place is just in need of a major makeover; it is very outdated and has a smell inside of it. But the owners (Non-American Citizens) have no interest in doing that being they are probably part of a group of people that run hotels.

JUST AVOID THIS PLACE AND STAY AT THE DRURY ACROSS THE STREET. IT IS VERY NICE AND ONLY A FEW DOLLARD MORE.

Very Dated Hotel
Pros:

This hotel is very tired. Everything about it. The rooms do not have microwaves or refrigerators. No shower gel only bar soap. Floor tiles are loose in room 422. They wouldn’t send out digital keys until after I checked at the front desk. That kind of defeats the purpose. Breakfast was the same boring fake eggs. Water was acting really strange coming out of the faucets. Like it had air in the lines. Temperature fluctuates while in the shower. They charge you to park, who knows why. As a lifetime Diamond, I won’t stay here again.

Pros:
