Free Breakfast
Pillows... to soft.
The room was excellent and very clean. The staff was extremely accommodating and very pleasant.
Housekeeping forgot to resupply toilet paper, but it was not a problem to receive it from the front desk.
Hotel was clean, staff accommodating and polite. It was pleasant in terms of overall atmosphere, although it was not set up well for business. In other words, the office area for emergency work was too small to work in if anyone else was there. But most importantly, there was nowhere to have any business meeting AT ALL. I was too embarrassed to have colleagues come to meet with me to discuss business because there was no place to do so. I could not do it in the lobby because there were only 2 chairs next to the front desk and in front of the electric doors in earshot of the hotel reception phone. On the other side of the wall is only breakfast area (and looks it). So I was forced to go to a restaurant which was lovely but loud and messy for paperwork. I would not have come there if I had known it wasn’t set up well enough for small business meetings. I was there for two days so all my business had to be held in restaurants. If I had known that, I would have chosen a hotel that was better set up for business travellers. Also internet too tricky—I had to rely upon mine. Another business no-no.

The size of the room, comfort of the bed, etc
Construction prevents rating.
The noise from other rooms
Phone didn’t work and I missed my wake up call
King studio suite had plenty of room at a good price
Both elevators broken during 1 night stay.Bathroom lights on sensor, no switch to keep off overnight when using restroom. Smallest pillows in a hotel. Ever. Breakfast was average at best, would skip other than waffles and drinks
I left my kindle in the room. They returned it to me promptly.
