Categories

Cleanliness
9.1
Multiple reviews explicitly praise cleanliness ("very clean", "excellent cleaning staff", "clean rooms"); a few isolated notes of dirt but overall strongly positive.
Service
9
Numerous mentions of friendly, helpful staff and standout employees (e.g., Sarha); one report of a rude front-desk agent lowers but does not outweigh positive service comments.
Location
9
Several reviews call out easy access and proximity to stores/highway/restaurants; location consistently noted as a strong point.
Room Quality
7.5
Mixed signals: comfortable beds and renovated rooms reported, but some guests noted old bathroom fixtures, noisy refrigerators and thin blankets—room quality is acceptable but inconsistent.
Amenities
7.7
Amenities are mixed: breakfast and parking are positives for many, but there are repeated issues with the pool (too hot/out of order) and some parking constraints/construction impacts.
Value for Money
9.2
Multiple guests explicitly state the hotel is reasonably priced or good value; overall perception is very positive on value.
Food and Beverage
8.4
Breakfast is frequently praised (variety and quality) but a number of complaints exist (cold food, early cleanup, limited healthy options); net sentiment is positive.
Overall Experience
7.3
Overall impressions are generally positive due to cleanliness, staff and value, but several operational negatives (pool, breakfast service/timing, occasional rude staff, construction/noise) reduce the overall experience for some guests.
