If you want a pool and hot tub that actually work I wouldn’t stay at this hotel
Pros:

Do NOT book this hotel if you’re expecting to use the pool or hot tub. They do not work as advertised — both were ice cold and completely unusable during our stay. We specifically chose this hotel for those amenities, and it was a huge disappointment.

Even worse was the service from SARAH , the General Manager. She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional when we brought the issue to her attention. Instead of trying to help or resolve the problem, she spoke to us in a way that was unacceptable for someone in her position.

Between the false advertising and the awful customer service, I would absolutely never stay here again. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else!

Pros:

Top notch quality overnight experience. Clean, very sleek amenities and cordial staff. Quiet and comfortable. Most variety at breakfast we've seen in a long time.

Simple, quick and reasonably priced.
Pros:

Good quick stay, wish the pool was open as we had the kids prepared to swim before the long ride home and wasn’t noticed until check in.
