Pros:

Everyone is nice. Comfortable rooms. I stay every week but never received deposit back from 4/2/26.

Cons:

They never gave my deposit back from 4/2/26. Nothing has been done about it because I have not received my money back!!! They would have scored 10 on all but it cost too much because they kept my deposit and did not take or break anything.

I was happy with the location but would never stay there again. Very disappointed.
Pros:

The location.
The staff were polite.
They offered a shuttle bus.

Cons:

The constant noise from renovations they don't warn you about when booking.
The beds were the most lumpy and uncomfortable I've ever experienced.
None of the ice machines worked.
The rooms had a old moldy odor.

Liked the location.

Cons:

The facilities were terrible. There wasn't any hot water in our bath so I took a shower with cold water since I was late also the breakfast is a big scam.

Cons:

The fact that I still haven't received my $100 deposit back yet!!?? I was charged $100 extra on top of the fee for the room and they told me that the $100 deposit would be returned to my bank account within 3 or 5 days!! I have still not received it can someone please look into this and let me know what's going on?????

Great Experience
Pros:

We had such a fun night, privacy and a clean , comfortable, you can breathe and get away from your troubles if you have some. It was a perfect night, can’t wait to see you again

Pros:

Maintenance man very rude. Ants in room. Keys don't work. My wife got approached in elevator by a migrant. Work going on over our heads every day. I paid for 18 days. Manager said he can't help me and can't speak to anyone corporate. Front desk is ok

Pros:

Some of the stuff were nice and that they give breakfast

Cons:

There was a Spanish woman behind the counter with glasses that was not friendly at all when I would ask a question she wouldn't even look at me to answer and when she answered she did it in a bad way. And I got there on a Saturday afternoon the person that was there said breakfast is 7 to 10 she didn't say anything about weekend or week days that it was different hours. Also the rug were very dirty way too much noice during the overnight they kept waken me up.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Rooms were worn and had many broken fixtures. Light switches didn't work. Tile was falling off the walls. telephone didn't work. Air conditioner only partially worked, when selecting high fan only would only run for about five seconds. Carpet was worn and torn.
