Good price, close to airport, friendly workers
Needs to be updated, the rugs in hallway are dirty and elevator is too!
The breakfast and coffee were decent.
1. My original hotel room was engulfed with the smell of cigarette smoke. I was given a different room, however after being in the room for 10 minutes, I noticed a bug crawling on the wall I saw bugs in the room the entire stay.
2. I called the front desk the night before checking out to schedule the shuttle to take me to the airport. I was told that wasn’t necessary and that I only needed to come down five minutes before I would leave, so that they could warm up the van. I went down five minutes before I needed to leave and was told that the shuttle driver was not there and wouldn’t be back for at least two hours. I didn’t have two hours to wait for his return. I had to find someone else to get me to the airport.
3. The bathroom was hideous! Looked like mold was on the ceiling. I am attaching pictures…..
The room smelled dirty. Bugs were crawling on the wall. I had to sleep with the lights on, so that I could spot the bugs. Needless to say, I didn’t sleep much.

Overpriced especially for the location
To begin with I had more dislikes than likes. The elevator was dirty and carpets were torn. When we arrived in room the walls were dirty and a picture was taken off of the wall. The wall paper was coming off in the corner and the rug was filthy and ripped. The staff was pleasant but I expected much more from the hotel. On top of that I had to listen to a dog howl for over an hour that was in a room very close to us. I have stayed at Laquita properties in the past and have been pleased but this one should be closed and renovated before using it again. The entire property was run down. Didn't stay for breakfast as we had to catch an early flight. Really wish I would have stayed in another hotel.
Had to come for a funeral for a family member. The hotel is nice and centrally located by the air port and restaurants. Be mindful due to covid there is no breakfast in the morning or any all day beverages out. Bring water or drinks from home. There is a Dunkin’ Donut just a 5 minute drive. The double bed rooms are nice but the beds are hard as rocks, so be prepared to toss and turn. That was the only complaint I had.
