The breakfast was not good. They didn’t put out any oatmeal or yogurt until I asked. The tables were always dirty. Even the hot chocolate, they had one package out. Plus they had a problem with the door sencer so it just kept opening snd freezing you to death. When we came back at nig. They had heaters going in the lobby I guess to keep the workers warm, by that time the doors weren’t opening like it was at breakfast time!!!!
The condition of the hotel. The room wasn’t suitable for quest. It was horrible. Taped carpet, holes in the walls, stains all over the lampshades, the bathroom wasn’t suitable for falling apart. And you couldn’t get towels, they were always out of them.
I am handicapped the second floor room 219 was HORRIBLE the carpet was coming apart in the door way. Some one could trip and fall. Was moved to the first floor room 109 I think and the lock kept jamming and would not open easy with either key. Only one person at the desk and he could not help because he was the only one on duty. He did not offer any complimentary help. Bad service.

Customer service was not good I got there by 1:30pm they said to me our check in is 3pm and I was waiting in the lobby and it was cold and I got sick
My stay was quiet. Bed was comfy. The night guy was awesome. I wish I could remember his name. The Indian guy is awesome as well. Two of the best employees their.
The staff woman was a horrible person. Her name is Cassandra. She was antagonistic towards my wife. She ask for a change of sheets. They informed her I supposedly didn't pay for the extra day. I sent her proof to show her. The lady refused to look. Told my wife she had to leave. I called booking.com. They called to resolve the issue. Cassandra told booking staff my wife was yelling and making a seen in the lobby. I believe she was a lying. Because, she told my wife i didn't pay, and that was the reason she couldn't stay. However, she told booking staff that she had to leave because of the disturbance. It's obvious she was lying to cover for something. I have never experienced this at this hotel before. So, I was surprised! Usually everyone is very nice. I looked on the internet and see her name has come up before on similar issues. She is very unprofessional. I can't understand why they have someone like that working there. I also have a number of bite on my body. I hope this isn't bed bugs. A lot of dss and other homeless drug users I have notices in the lobby area.
Beds were comfortable, check-in was easy, staff was helpful, proximity to airport was very good and value was good.
Carpeting is dated and in need of repair. Intermittent hot water in the shower was also a problem.

Arrived at almost midnight after long travel. Our bed sheets were gross and there wasn’t any hot water. They gave me a key card to the room next door to shower in which also had no hot water. Do not recommend AT ALL!!! After all this, the staff acted like disappointed customers was a common thing there. We NEVER ONCE received a “we’re sorry for the inconvenience” STAY AWAY!!
