They are renovating so nothing to comment on that.

Ask for a shower mat, the shower pans are slick.

My room was large, very clean and cool. As always, the linens and mattress create a great sleep experience. The provided body wash, shampoo and conditioner are well above average.

For this location, it is the staff that makes it. Both ladies, check in and check out were joyous, professional and extremely efficient. I would come back because of them.

The property needs upgrades. Its old carpet needs to be replaced, and the furniture should be changed out. The entire building requires an upgrade. The property needs improvements overall.

Not up to par
Pros:

Huh I really don’t like to write reviews but this has been sitting with me overnight while I’m here . I driver to check in I wanted to pay cash at check in with a card on file for hold . But NO they don’t allow cash they don’t accept it as a form of payment ? They don’t state this anywhere at all I can from another state were banks are not here I came with cash due to cash is accepted always but that’s not right . This was a huge problem for me how can this even happen you have to be upfront with payment options . This was not ok . Then after an hour of trying to figure out what to do with a friend and my husband on phone I get a room . The room is a hot mess . Rust all over lamp next to bed bathroom gross dry pee all over toilette seat and back of toilette . I pinched my foot on the lose tiles in bathroom pinched it bad . And the bathroom trash was full and not emptied the corners of the shower are nasty . This was my second go at a Hilton location that isn’t up to a Hilton standard pretty bummed out it was a birthday trip and first time alone from family know that the all grown so much for a beautiful relaxing room . Oh and the fridge is a block of ice but not cold go figure and the door to open fridge is so loud I probably can wake neighbors . I still have 2 nights to go so really sad .

We were there to attend a funeral. How depressing it felt to feel unwelcome for a joyful occasion.

The breakfast was timely served. The coffee bar was always stocked. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

Limited healthy food choices.Dining furniture was so worn and raggedy it felt like a used thrift store. Rooms were musty and damp.We switched twice. My sister's king had no light in the bath. My double queen air condition unit was detached from the wall, with an opening large enough to put your hands through. Mildew throughout the baths and shower. Windows dirty
and paint chipped throughout the facility. The elevator had sounds that I would call for service. It's bad.
