Was not there long to judge, but for our short stay, everything was in order. Check in process was efficient.
Really clean and spacious room with a great view. Excellent location — within walking distance to the cable car and plenty of waterfront dining options. The staff were very helpful and professional. I'm a light sleeper and requested a quiet room, and they kindly accommodated me. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you!

The hotel is super convenient and comfortable. It is very clean and an excellent choice close to the airport. In the area there are many restaurants and shopping center. The best thing is the service, they let us check in early and did everything they could to help me with a problem I had. I was really impressed with the staff, we would definitely come back
Very Very clean hotel with exceptional staff and facilities. Close to the train station ( 5 minute walk) and 10 minute taxi ride to airport.

We stayed here for 1 day because of its proximity to the airport. The staff was friendly, the hotel room was clean and the location was walking distance to many restaurants, a mall and a beautiful boardwalk. Would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Lisbon and prefers to be away from the busy center!
The hotel was clean and an easy overnight as we have a late flight in and had to go somewhere the next day. It is just a couple stops from the airport on the metro (plus a short walk). We felt fine arriving late at night and woke up to a beautiful morning by the water.
Clean & perfect for MEO Arena staff amazingly friendly Breakfast ok but could have been better.
Next door to shopping centre & across from the metro & bus stations. No facilities in hotel ie gym or pool. Nice bar with lots seating
This area of Lisbon is more of a business area but a very nice one. The Vasco da Gama Shopping Centre is near by and there are some museums and the aquarium within walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is a very nice and modern hotel with an excellent breakfast and very spacious rooms. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and we liked the location. It’s close to the river and it has easy access to metro and trains.
I only stayed one night because of its proximity to the train station. It was a perfect night
