stayed once but will never again.
Pros:

Location and lobby staff.

Cons:

the breakfast buffer was almost empty when I arrived 15 min to end. And while I was having my breakfast with the limited food that I able to found man restaurant staff asked me to leave by saying cauz they need to clean the table, extremely rude behaviour!

Perfect location to enjoy Seoul and room for all those full Olive Young bags.
Pros:

Location, location, location. The hotel walls were thick enough to not hear the neighbors unlike some other hotels we stayed at. We stayed at 10 different hotels throughout the country and Jeju. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Within walking distance of many areas and the river. I loved that the breakfast was a bit on the American side. There are very few reprieves from spice, seafood and fried foods.

Cons:

Figuring out how to get the fan/air to work in the room. Not everyone likes it hot. The windows do not open. The carpet in the rooms could use some shampooing, but the dark grey hides a lot. The rooms were clean for the most part and the beds are comfortable.

Pros:

Location was great, close to the night market but far away also from the crowd and noise.
Rooms are very spacious in comparison to other hotels.
Breakfast offered was a bigger selection so a wide choice of everything - buffet style and continental.
Airport bus shuttle was a huge plus for us. It only took 1.5 hours, on time, clear timetable displayed in the reception. Takes cash or t money.

Cons:

One of the charging sockets would not hold my charger and had to prop it up using a box. There were other charging sockets however they were all in use.
Air con - despite putting the temp down for cold air, the room still felt hot at times.

Hotel with Good Location & Services
Pros:

The hotel is in a very strategic location in city center Myeongdong which is located in a central shopping area. A large shopping mall, an Apple Store, and Rinowa are just a few meters away. The hotel area is bustling with coffee shops,
restaurants, street food stalls, and mini markets.
The hotel located near Subway Station, Euljiro 1 & Myeongdong station. It is very easy to come and go by train.
The airport bus stop in front of hotel so making it easily accessible from and to Incheon Airport.
Check in and check out was quick and easy.
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The lobby Hotel at 19th floor. There is laundry machine by coin which can be exchanged at reception.
Luggage scales are available in lobby to ensure that luggage does not exceed capacity.
The room is quite spacious. The bathroom is spotless. Slippers are provided for comfort.
Will stay again if I back to Seoul

Pros:

I had a pleasant stay in the hotel, its in a great location - you can travel anywhere in seoul easily from here. The rooms were comfortable and the staff are really helpful. I would happily stay again :)
