Friendly staff, lovely breakfast
Room looked tired. Corridor leading to room had a slight damp smell. Carpet in room by door was frayed. Tiles on bathroom floor were cracked. TV in bathroom didn't work. Bathroom door needed to be slammed shut as it had warped

downstairs restaurant evening menu less than inspiring, so chose to eat out
Used whirlpool/hot tub and swimming pool - nice experience but it would be awful if there were more than 6 or 7 people up there as it's a small area
Staff were lovely
Their breakfast choices are out of this world, you won't need to eat until the evening. Lovely food, great variety and omelettes and other food made to order
Parking was an issue for us, nearest NCP closed so had to go to next one. Turns out no longer owned by NCP but another company. You pay as you park, not as you leave. Appropriate signage not in place yet. Eventually researched a phone number, got hold of someone who assisted us to pay. By then we had to leave the car park for an event, so additional stress we didn't need. Hotel did offer car parking in their building at £45 a night.
Great location, cool building, swimming pool and spa were excellent.
Looking tired… cracked tiles in the bathroom, broken tap, dusty. Wifi didn’t work at all.
