The location

Cons:

The room smelled, The air con was really poor and the bed was not comfy at all the bed was rock hard. Really not happy for the price I paid for the room also the bed was meant to be a queen size instead it was a small double bed really not happy.

Great location lovely staff but let down by scruffy rooms
Pros:

Location was fantastic, staff were very welcoming and friendly and cloud bar was great

Cons:

Rooms are really dated, tired and shabby looking. Furniture scuffed tiles broken and cleanliness wasn’t great with bits all over the carpet. In desperate need of refurbishment. Air con also didn’t work properly.

My last stay there ever.
Pros:

Location good. Breakfast good.

Cons:

Rooms average. Need refurbishment.
Front desk unhelpful. Manager ignored me, in conversation with a colleague, to the stage I went to my room.
Late night food unavailable except cooked frozen pizza. Reception geared outside towards bar visitors.

Central and covers all basis and requirements. The only place I start when in the city.
Staff always so friendly and accommodating.
