The staff are so lovely and catered for everything we need. And made my autistic son welcome.
There is nothing.
We visited Manchester & stayed in this hotel for my sons 11th birthday. I requested for a few balloons for the room upon arrival & that was granted along with a happy birthday printed on a plate & a little cake. A bucket of iced water with bottles of pop was also placed in there, it totally exceeded our expectations. The facilities were brilliant, my boys loved the pool, the views from our room were beautiful couldn't have been situated better. The restaurant was spot on breakfast was 10 out of 10. We would definitely stay again in the future.
There was a slight leak on the room floor next to the bathroom but that was reported on leaving. That made the room smell slightly of damp but wasnt off putting, but we had to avoid stepping in it.
The food isnt tasty
Clean. Spacious. Central. Great breakfast set up.
Staff on front desk and reception could be a little more receptive/engaging but were lovely once we got going
We recently stayed at the Manchester Deansgate Hotel and had a very enjoyable experience. While the hotel is showing its age in a few areas and could benefit from some updates, it was clean, comfortable, and in a great location.
What really made our stay memorable was the exceptional service from Kaiser. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. One gesture that really stood out was that he even messaged me during our stay to check that everything was going well and to see if there was anything we needed. That level of genuine care and attention is rare and made a real difference to our experience.
Outstanding customer service can make all the difference, and Kaiser is a real credit to the hotel. We truly appreciated his professionalism, kindness, and dedication to ensuring guests have a great stay. Thank you, Kaiser, for making our visit so enjoyable!
Breakfast was probably the best I've had at a breakfast buffet.
Not much to dislike.
Large, spacious room in the heart of Manchester's vibrant, bustling Deansgate area. The hotel was incredibly fancy compared to its competitors in the area, offering great in-room features such as a large flatscreen TV, a fridge, and an ice bucket to use with the floor's ice dispenser. The bathroom was large and had a good quality shower.
Upon arrival we were greeted by an impolite and abrupt receptionist who did little to give the impression of staying in a hotel with such a big reputation in Manchester. They begrudgingly provided a second key for us upon request. In the room, we had initially booked a twin room and were given a double/queen, which we were less than willing to challenge because of the initial welcome from the receptionist. The bed itself received mixed reviews, with the other guest having a good night's sleep, while I struggled to achieve more than a few hours' rest. Separate beds may have addressed this. I wish the experience was a more positive one, as I had booked the stay as part of a Christmas present along with concert tickets for the night of our stay, but we were disappointed at best.
Good location for us. We were only in the room for 8 hours
Queen bed was a bit small and not the most comfortable
Very nice
Breakfast lower than average even worse than Edinburgh university summer camps breakfast.
X19 exactly 519 Rooms noise is terrible I never ever suffered this in my life, I travelled all over the world from Motel level to Kempinski , or ST Regis. It’s a low frequency vibration noise from just behind the wall in rooms toilet.
Had a glass of
