Lovely hotel but some corners cut
Pros:

Nice spacious rooms with views over Manchester. Lovely spa and nice breakfast

Cons:

The cleaning wasn’t great with our mugs left dirty.
No dressing gowns despite asking for them. I like to use them in the spa.

Pros:

Great location
My daughter left her doll in the room prior to our holiday. When we returned the staff had found and kept the doll in lost property and my daughter was reunited with her lost doll ☺️

Lovely family get away
Pros:

The restaurant staff and concierge staff were outstanding. Receptionists were a little unfriendly.
Bed was very hard and the cleanliness was good.
The pool was an excellent bonus!
Only issue was no parking at hotel.
