Please note that the property allows 1 small pet per apartment weighing up to 10 kg, at an extra charge of 72.10 brazilian reais plus 3 percent ISS per night. The pet cannot be alone in the apartment or circulate in the restaurant and must always be on the guest's lap.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Equipe atenciosa, boa localização, perto de bons restaurantes, do shopping e do centro. Café da manhã variado. Tinha uma área externa bonitinha no térreo onde algumas noites vinha um food truck, bem bacana. Quarto silencioso.
Academia estava em reforma. Apesar da cortina Blackout, quarto ainda ficava claro de manhã.

Café da manhã muito gostoso,completo, sendo o atendimento maravilhoso. Localização central,ótima.
O chuveiro é fraco, não tem pressão.
Limpeza e conforto.
Detalhes na recepção: ausência de oferta de água, antes disponível na chegada, ausência de conhecimento sobre os programas de milhagem da rede hoteleira, ausência de feedback sobre o tema no dia subsequente - que seria consultado junto ao setor de reservas. Nenhuma flexibilidade quanto ao check-in antecipado - que, obviamente, entendo ser uma cortesia eventual, mas que nesse hotel sempre foi uma constante, quando solicitado e disponível. Tais detalhes, para mim, fazem a diferença na escolha do hotel e caberia repensar tais aspectos. Saliento que os serviços do restaurante e de limpeza seguem excelentes. A recepção poderia passar por treinamento adicional para voltar ao padrão original.
Quarto muito aconchegante e café da manhã muito bom. O hotel fica em uma localização excelente.
O atendente que me recebeu na chegada não foi tão cordial. A cara meio fechada como se não estivesse com vontade de atender. Os demais foram excelentes.
