Please note that the property allows 1 small pet per apartment weighing up to 10 kg, at an extra charge of 72.10 brazilian reais plus 3 percent ISS per night. The pet cannot be alone in the apartment or circulate in the restaurant and must always be on the guest's lap. Please note, guests must present the confirmation voucher upon check in. Reservations must contain the guest's first and last name. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. Hotel novo, tudo funcionando, não precisa de nenhuma manutenção. Muito confortável e bonito

Localização, embora seja próxima ao centro e de restaurantes e do shopping fica em uma rua bem tranquila. Café e quarto bons.
Banheiro muito pequeno. Check-in demorado e confuso. Na reserva do quarto não foi mencionado que o estacionamento seria cobrado a parte.
A estrutura é ótima. Limpo e organizado.
O atendimento na recepção foi tenebroso. Os colaboradores foram frios e secos. Não havia ninguém na fila na hora do Check in e os colaboradores me fizeram esperar por mais de 10 min. Quando necessitei tirar uma dúvida foram mais uma vez secos e em alguns momentos demonstraram estar sem paciência.
O café da manhã possui opções mas como ficamos uma semana é muito repetitivo. sempre as mesmas opções da a impressão que tudo é feito uma vez só... e são servidos pelos sete dias as mesmas coisas.
Os cobertores e roupas de cama necessitam ser trocados para novos...
um cobertor duro que parece velho e nem dá aconchego para dormir.
Com o frio dai precisam ser disponibilizados cobertores de pelúcia e edredom para quem preferir.
Os lençois estão puidos.
