Please note that the property allows 1 small pet per apartment weighing up to 10 kg, at an extra charge of 72.10 brazilian reais plus 3 percent ISS per night. The pet cannot be alone in the apartment or circulate in the restaurant and must always be on the guest's lap.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
When booking 10 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.

Quarto espaçoso, SmartTv, Excelente chuveiro
Recepção ótima, mas os meninos, principalmente os da noite/madrugada (Carlos e Rodrigo se não me engano), as duas meninas da manhã/tarde nem olharam na nossa cara, mas as meninas do restaurante (café da manhã) e da limpeza são ótimas, café muito bom também, só não gostei muito do banheiro e da TV, horrível entrar nos canais, pouca opção.
Pode melhorar as recepcionistas serem mais atenciosas.

Chegando no quarto, no corredor tem um cheiro de esgoto, acredito que esteja tendo retorno. Mas, é algo que pode ser resolvido.
O hotel é bem localizado (ao lado do Shopping Müller), limpo e oferece um café da manhã saboroso. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos.
O estacionamento é pago (aparentemente essa é uma mudança recente) e o banheiro é muito pequeno.
Bem localizado, aceita pets com cobrança de taxa e recebe kit
Infelizmente meu quarto tinha um odor muito forte de esgoto. Fizemos de tudo para o cheiro ser minimizado, trancamos a porta do banheiro e após 12 horas de viagem o cansaço nos venceu. Incidente ruim, não teríamos suportado se não fosse tamanho cansaço de horas dirigindo.
