Nice hotel, but won’t stay here again due to an overcharge issue and staff not fixing it.

Comfortable beds, nice location with lots of shopping options nearby.

Staff not helpful with an issue where I was charged twice for my room, really bad pillows.

First time visit.
Pros:

This was my first time staying at this hotel. Got to say overall it was a really good experience. The only "issue" I had was the firat night I arrived and got to the room, one of the complimentary water bottles had been opened. The desk was very good about replacing it with apologies. I will definitely book this hotel again when I come back to OKC.
