Very beautiful environment, you feel really good and comfortable.

Cons:

Absurdly noisy, I couldn’t sleep. There is no soundproofing. They gave me a room on the third floor, and the noise and mess didn’t stop before 10.

Repeat customer, but never again
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. However, I have never been treated as rudely, either here or at any other hotel, as I was today. Ryan at the front desk was demeaning and rude to me with no provocation. Perhaps he was having a bad day, but he also ruined mine.

Highly recommend this hotel, great experience, room, restaurant and bar.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, had 3 choices, buffet, sit down, or short order bar. Food was very good, service as well. Offer several Gluten free options for those with celiac or wheat intolerance. Highly recommend the restaurant in the hotel. Rooms were very clean along with bathroom.

Cons:

Cannot think of anything I/we didn't like.

Ear-blasting concert inside the hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is lovely, but some idiot in management decided that the hotel should also serve as a concert venue, making sleeping impossible. I was lied to about when the concert would end, which it finally did at 9pm, wtih the noice from concert goerers continuing long after. the noise was so loud that earplugs didn't even help. For those who traveled from time zones further east, that's 10pm. For those who needed to concentrate on work in their room, and then get to sleep early, this was impossible. Surely, people in the hospitality industry with a grain of common sense would realize that this is an incredibly bad idea. Stay away, unless you like ear-drum blasting music outside of your room. This is truly inexcusable for a hotel chain that should know better.

Stolen catalytic converter in the Renaissance parking lot!
Pros:

Stolen catalytic converter... my car was parked in the Renaissance hotel over one night and the catalytic converter was stolen. The crime in their lot cost me over $2000!

Not worth the price.
Cons:

No breakfast included, no coffee maker, no hot water, very few amenities for the price tag. The room wasn't even that nice.
