Overpriced, misleading, and disappointing.
Pros:

The main reason I booked this hotel was the amenities advertised on Booking.com. Unfortunately, they did not match my actual experience.

Cons:

I was charged $54 for Wi-Fi that was advertised as free. The “heated” pool was cold, the hot tub was not clean, and housekeeping entered my room at 8:24 a.m. without knocking. Overall, the hotel did not deliver what was promised.

Excellent choice for b=usiness or personal travel.
Pros:

Great hotel and convention center. A bit out in the middle of nowhere, but if you have a car or anything else you need, it can be delivered.

Excellent food and friendly staff.

EXCELLENT AND FRIENDLY SERVICE
Pros:

I want to recognize Alicia Sevilla, a beautiful and friendly server at the McCormick lunch. She went out of the way to serve and her friendliness left me feeling great about today. Her colleagues were exceptional as well.

Pros:

Location to medieval times and the malls is excellent. Parking is free and available in two lots and a parking garage. The breakfast was decent and the coffee was not burnt.

Cons:

The parking situation to start out. I had to clarify which places were part of the hotels property. The bathroom doors. Yes doors. Two wee doors that had to be closed juuuuuuuust right to actually shut. Hated those doors. The shower could not be turned all the way up without a wailing whale sound emerge from the pipes near the sink.

Pros:

Quiet Breakfast
The facilities in general./ ambiance.
Glad to be able to check in early.

Cons:

Nearly $300 for a very small room did not feel like good value at all. Should be $100 cheaper.

Charging for the internet is very much out of tune w the times.

Insulting parsimony
Pros:

Hotel is fine.
Insulting that this management is so busy grubbing every dime that they won’t give you (Bonvoy member) a 15-cent bottle of water at the front desk.
I’m much happier with the appreciation shown by Omni, Hilton even Hyatt.

Pros:

Beautiful room, great view, I loved seeing the sun come up. Very nice and pretty hotel. The bathroom has a mirror tv and that was pretty dope.

Cons:

My key card stopped working multiple times, I had to get new keys twice. And move rooms from the first room I was assigned because the door wouldn't open. Going back and forth was a pain. Then another time when I extended my stay. Mobile key is only for elevators and fitness room but we were on the elevators without using it. The room service we got was not great, no seasoning really on the food.

Very beautiful environment, you feel really good and comfortable.

Cons:

Absurdly noisy, I couldn’t sleep. There is no soundproofing. They gave me a room on the third floor, and the noise and mess didn’t stop before 10.

Repeat customer, but never again
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past. However, I have never been treated as rudely, either here or at any other hotel, as I was today. Ryan at the front desk was demeaning and rude to me with no provocation. Perhaps he was having a bad day, but he also ruined mine.

Highly recommend this hotel, great experience, room, restaurant and bar.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, had 3 choices, buffet, sit down, or short order bar. Food was very good, service as well. Offer several Gluten free options for those with celiac or wheat intolerance. Highly recommend the restaurant in the hotel. Rooms were very clean along with bathroom.

Cons:

Cannot think of anything I/we didn't like.
