Important information:

Please note that the maximum height of vehicles allowed in the parking garage is 6.2 feet.

Guests are kindly requested to note that the restaurant, bar and brasserie are open daily from 12:00 to 00:00 and the kitchen is open from 12:00 to 21:00.

The restaurant serves a special menu on the 24th, 25th and 26th of December. Reservations are required. Room service will not be available on those evenings.

All the rooms have climate control, no airconditioning.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

zwembad was gesloten,airconditioning deed niets,badkamer verschrikelijk oud en vies.
tegels afgebrokkeld,douchen in oud bad met douche gordijn,handgreep voor in en uitstappen los.gaten in de handdoeken.

Mooi en fijn hotel.
Pros:

Mooi stijlvol hotel, op fijne locatie in sfeervolle wijk Wijck.
Ruime schone kamers met prima bedden.
Erg vriendelijk personeel. Zwembad is een prettig extraatje. Ook veilige bagage opslag op dag van vertrek.

Goede locatie

Cons:

Behoorlijk verouderd. Geen invalidekamer beschikbaar, dus douchen was lastig wegens hoge instap badkuip. Vervolgens wordt er een douchestoel gegeven, die niet eens past in de badkuip. Geen airco te regelen op de slaapkamer, dus het was erg warm. Het hele pand is toe aan een opknapbeurt. Slecht gegeten in het restaurant. Wijn op de kaart was niet beschikbaar, vervolgens krijgen we de duurste andere wijn aanbevolen. Glazen vies of een stuk uit, pasta bijna tot puree doorgekookt en met feedback wordt verder niets gedaan. Teleurstellend verblijf voor het geld wat we er hebben achtergelaten. Hotel heeft dringend een opfrisbeurt nodig.

Geen luxe wel prijzig en gedateerd hotel

Zwaar gedateerde kamer en voor die prijs wat chique verwacht betaalde voor 2 nachten met ontbeid en auto parkeren bijna 700 euro voor een matige doorsnee hotel kamer niets luxe aan jammer .
