Important information:

Please note that the maximum height of vehicles allowed in the parking garage is 6.2 feet.

Guests are kindly requested to note that the restaurant, bar and brasserie are open daily from 12:00 to 00:00 and the kitchen is open from 12:00 to 21:00.

The restaurant serves a special menu on the 24th, 25th and 26th of December. Reservations are required. Room service will not be available on those evenings.

All the rooms have climate control, no airconditioning.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Everybody was very friendly and stay was very nice.
Pros:

Location and good rooms, also the fact you get a drink on them for not having your room cleaned every day was a nice surprise

Leuke en goede ligging, maar wel te duur voor wat je krijgt.
Pros:

De ligging is fantastisch, tegenover het station van Maastricht en met 10 minuten lopen sta je in de prachtige oude binnenstad.

Cons:

Dat het een oud pand is van buiten zie je meteen, maar de kamers zijn ook gedateerd en grondig aan een opknapbeurt toe. De kamer was royaal maar de entree en de badkamer echt zo krap en klein. Daarnaast kijk je ook tegen vuile afzuigventilatieroosters aan en is de wasbakoverloop gewoonweg goor te noemen.
Het ontbijt is minimaal, in andere hotels met gelijkwaardige beoordeling van sterren is het ontbijt royaler en uitgebreider en de ontbijtruimte sfeervoller.

De ruime kamer en de lokatie

Cons:

De verwarming had onvoldoende capaciteit waardoor we een elektrisch kacheltje moesten bijplaatsen. Werd overigens keurig geregeld.

La Ubicación .

Cons:

La habitación. Dos colchones separados sobre una base donde se mueven mucho y no duermes a gusto. Los nórdicos son súper pequeños. Mucho mejor sería un solo colchón de matrimonio. Una de las almohadas tuvimos que llamar para cambiarla por suciedad. La funda está totalmente manchada, con zonas negras, no la habían revisado. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en el termostato de calor y eso en unos días de invierno con temperaturas de 4 a 10 grados es imperdonable. Teniéndolo a 30 grados solo salía aire frío. Cambiaron las toallas de ducha y dejaron las sucias, un desastre. Y para colmo entran a limpiar sin avisar estando durmiendo a las 9.00h , sabiendo que el check out se va a hacer en dos horas

Expected a room in better condition.
Pros:

Location, quiet room, good bathroom and clean. Nice surprise to have our own private outside space.

Cons:

Poor lighting, air conditioning didn't heat the room well. Had to ask for a blanket, room needs an update. WiFi was poor.

Pros:

Der Aufenthalt war von Anfang an sehr gut,das Personal war sehr höflich, es wurde uns die Parkmöglichkeit vom Hotel angeboten, die wir gerne angenommen haben.
Die Zimmer waren gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet, obwohl sie in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof waren,war es sehr ruhig.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war phantastisch,es wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt.
Natürlich muss man auch erwähnen, dass die Innenstadt fußläufig gut zu erreichen ist.
Wir kommen, wenn noch einmal ein Maastrichtbesuch ansteht, gerne wieder in dieses schöne Hotel.
