Important information:

Please note that the maximum height of vehicles allowed in the parking garage is 6.2 feet.

Guests are kindly requested to note that the restaurant, bar and brasserie are open daily from 12:00 to 00:00 and the kitchen is open from 12:00 to 21:00.

The restaurant serves a special menu on the 24th, 25th and 26th of December. Reservations are required. Room service will not be available on those evenings.

All the rooms have climate control, no airconditioning.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

Heerlijke bedden en de optie om eerder in te kunnen checken. Lieve medewerker van de nachtdienst nadat dochter ziek was geworden.

Cons:

Het zwembad is zwaar verouderd, ook een ooginfectie aan over gehouden (kan ook toeval zijn). 2e gasten voor de lunch, verkeerde bestelling gekregen terwijl over wel goed had doorgegeven. Nadien een nieuwe maar dat was amper een tosti te noemen, helemaal slap, half koud. Leek alsof de ham er gewoon af was gehaald en daarna 1 van de 3 boterhammen van vervangen. De soep smaakte assig, kan niet anders zeggen. Alsof de paprika verbrand was maar toch gebruikt voor de soep. Het smaakte niet lekker rokerig maar echt naar asbak. Gebakken ei dooier was hard en helemaal bruine randjes rondom het ei.

Viel enorm tegen terwijl de bediening heel aardig was.

Super hotel centraal gelegen in het prachtige Maastricht.
Pros:

Ben inmiddels vaker in dit mooie hotel geweest vanwege de centrale ligging en de service gerichte medewerkers.

Cons:

Helaas waren de instellingen van tv niet correct. Vandaar dat je NPO 1 2 en 3 niet waren geprogrammeerd.

matrassen waren oud en slap. |Veelal slecht geslapen. De kussens waren ook vreselijk. Eerst nadat ik 2 kussen had bijbesteld ging het beter. Het personeel deelde mijn mening

Pros:

Hotel is makkelijk te bereiken met de trein. Ook het centrum is lopend goed te doen (voor iemand die goed kan lopen)

Cons:

Geen grote moderne verwachtingen hebben van de kamer. Het interieur is wat verouderd maar van alle gemakken voorzien en schoon.
