Pros:

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet établissement, nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, la propreté et le calme de l hotel, et sa qualification Adult Only. Il est situé à environ 400 metres de la plage, légérement en retrait de l'agitation du bord de mer, l'espace piscine est très bien aménagé avec une végétation omniprésente.
Le buffet est de qualité et varié, c est vraiment a signaler. Il y a également des parkings publics a proximité disponibles.

Cons:

Il faudrait je pense envisager la réfection de la salle de bain qui commence a accuser le poids des années.

Az animátorok szórakoztatóak, a mindennapos Aqua Gym fantasztikus óriási élményt nyújtott, imádtuk. A reggeli és a vacsora leírhatatlan, minden étel ízletes változatos minden nap meglepetések jobbnál jobb ételek igényes tálalás, extra ételek. Kilenc nap alatt nem tudtuk megunni annyiféle étel közül lehet választaniSok személyzet aki csak a vendégekért van. minden forró minden friss és folyamatosan találva amint fogyott , sok vendég mellett sem kellett soha sorakozni.

Cons:

A nagy medencében az apró mozaikok néhol hiányosak voltak, amit gondolom a szezon végén pótolni fognak . Az étteremben egyetlen olyan kiszolgálóval találkoztunk aki unottan kedvetlenül szinte már zavaróan szolgált ki. Ő kilógott a sorból. De biztos már régen itt dolgozik elege volt az emberekből és nagyon unta😅 azért mi jóízűen reggeliztünk😊 és vacsoráztunk😊

Comfortable hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

Good location, well-maintained facilities, good breakfast and dinner options, very polite and professional staff. The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was a problem with the sewage in our bathroom when we woke up the first morning - it was smelling awfully bad, impossible to use the room. But the staff immediately stepped in, after we notified them, and were able to find another room for us to move in. We appreciated the prompt intervention and the readiness to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Afterwards, we had no more issues and enjoyed our short vacation.

Pros:

De notre arrivée à l’accueil jusqu’à notre départ tout était parfait . L’espace aquatique est très dépaysant avec ses 3 piscines et ses plantes tropicales , bravo aux jardiniers , tout le personnel est très gentil, souriant et très prévenant , que ce soit le personnel de l’entretien des chambres , ou les serveurs et les maîtres d hôtels . Au niveau de l’espace aquatique vous avez la possibilité de manger et là aussi le personnel est très bien . Et le surveillant de piscine est très professionnel et très soucieux du bien être des clients . Nous avons fait un massage relaxant avec mon mari , je vous le conseille , nous sommes sortis hyper relaxes et zen. Au niveau des repas , petits déjeuners et très variés et les produits étaient très frais, on s’est régalés . La plage est proche et accessible à pied . On reviendra … merci

Muy buena estancia, me pusieron una suite sin haberlo pedido. La habitación muy amplia, limpia y silenciosa. La zona de piscinas perfecta! Si vas en coche hay unos parkings gratis justo delante y el los días que fuí había espacio de sobra.

Excellent stay for an adults only family holiday
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice, and the whole property was very well maintained and exceptionally clean.

All of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room facilities were very good, with housekeeping available every day, and it was lovely and quiet at night, so we always slept well.

A particular plus was the pool towel service – the towels were excellent quality and could be changed as often as needed. We also never struggled to find a pool lounger. The hotel does not allow guests to reserve sunbeds and, as far as possible, this is monitored throughout the day, which made a huge difference compared with many other hotels.

Cons:

The only thing we weren't keen on was the arrangement for drinking water at dinner. There was no free drinking water available, and you could only purchase small bottles of water in the restaurant. Guests were also not permitted to bring their own water in. We felt that complimentary drinking water, or at least the option to purchase larger bottles, would have been a reasonable addition, particularly in a hot country.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff members . The hotel met our needs of being a relaxing getaway

The TV wasn’t actually a smart tv so we couldn’t mirror our phones or watch Netflix

I wish there were cleaning products on the room to clean ourselves in between the cleaners , like bleach and toilet spray
