was really quiet and friendly staff was a pleasure to stay with them and i was down visiting family. really helpful and happy we stayed.

Brilliant location near all amenities
Very peaceful and serene environment. Rooms always with fresh sheets and nicely warm.

Brilliant stay at this proper hotel. Had some nice goons and even hit the ceiling! Easy to find as my mate diddy got inside. Had an absolute belter on the toilet and the shower was 👌 🧐. This hotel had me crine 😭it was so tuff!!👍🏼

The hotel & rooms are a bit dated and tired BUT it is all very clean and comfortable.

My room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and the linen and towels are good quality. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The staff I met were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

I would stay here again in future.

We stay here all the time, for the people that work here, they keep it very clean and tidy, and they are very friendly. We feel like we are coming to see friends when we come here. And we will always come here, again and again. We enjoy our stays All the time.

No hot water, we asked staff to investigate, they said they would. Nothing changed if anything the water got colder. We we're unable to either bath or shower due to this.

Such a comfortable stay at this little hotel, just off the M5. The receptionists that we met and talked to were very lovely and friendly. Clean, and tidy everywhere. The beds were very comfortable. Thank you all for such a lovely stay. You are doing an amazing job.

The gentleman in reception was very professional and welcoming. The room was warm and pristine clean, plenty of tea and coffee, very lovely stay.

I can't believe that I was charged £67.99. for this room. I am wanting to complain. The carpet was filthy. I couldn't have a shower due to the mouldy curtains. I had a terrible nts sleep. One of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in.The bathroom door was dirty. The work survives stained. I really really should have a refund or some percentage back.

Last Monday I pulled into the services with my daughter and 8 week old granddaughter just as there was a suspected fire and they closed.
Desperate for a place to feed and change the baby we walked in to the Holiday Inn and asked for help. No hesitation we were offered a room.
The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and we can’t thank them enough. Excellent service and empathy for our situation. Thank you.

Excellent stopover. The chap on reception was brilliant and very helpful. We had booked the accessable room, and were pleasantly surprised to find it had been the subject of a very good makeover.

Lovely and clean, very nice and polite staff. We stayed here before had a very good stay too. The room was spacious and clean. Had everything you need. We had a quiet and comfortable sleep. We will stay here again.

I have been in this Hotel multiple times during my vacations, the staff was very friendly and informative, the rooms were surprisingly clean and the hotel itself was very nice and was allowed to keep pets. Highly recommend this hotel for anybody who is looking for a place to stay for a few days.
