IHG members get late checkout...housekeeping should not knock on door at 11am!! Reception need to tell housekeeping who has latecheckout
All day and night staff were amazing; clean family room + sofa bed for our 9-year-old. Great to have a soft play place just along the same road. Lovely place. Breakfast staff quietly cleaned around the guests, so it always looked stocked and orderly and clean, nothing ran out. Good parking and Wifi. It was a working family weekend for us, so we were really tired, but the staff helped us out with full commitment. THANK YOU ALL.

Great! Nothing bad to say. Blue light card rate, lovely and clean hotel, nice friendly helpful staff, a nice breakfast in the morning, comfortable bed and close to local attractions like Cliff Lakes and Drayton Manor, a good base.

Friendly check in Staff . Helped us with request for room on ground floor near Reception. Room was clean and as you expected from IHG , functional but attractive and roomy .Breakfast was buffet style with good choice . Parking was available at no extra cost and had no problems finding a space . Returning in August for 2 nights.

Comfortable , rooms well equipped and the staff were friendly and efficient . Entrance area and bar/ lounge air conditioned
Rooms not air conditioned and were very hot during the heatwave. Biggest disappointment was the evening meal menu, thought it was a very limited choice menu and the portions were small and presentation wasn’t particularly appealing. This would perhaps explain why few people chose to dine there
