Good value and location for arena
Pros:

Very spacious, comfortable and clean. Good breakfast

Cons:

My meal in evening was returned as the chicken was not cooked. Staff gave me replacement
On our return later that night the 24 hour bar/cafe was not able to provide a hot drink as the machine was being cleaned. The bar staff told me it would be hours and was told I could make it myself in my room! We wanted as a group to have it downstairs!!

Great stay!
Pros:

The staff were exceptional and very attentive, friendly, and personable.
The hotel was clean and smelt beautiful! Our room was more than adequate with iron and board, hairdryer, coffee/tea making facilities, and lush-smelling toiletries.
Breakfast was great and well stocked for all but I'd have liked hot chocolate as a hot drink choice but can't score down for that really!
Car parking was aplenty and EV points nearby.

Cons:

I can't even think of one thing! It was a great stay!

Good location, if beds were upgraded would stay again.

Breakfast- I would have liked another egg option only scrambled available. Bed could have been more comfortable, springs could be felt through the mattress.

A convenient option for a few nights, especially for work trips, rather than long-term stays.
Pros:

Modern and well-maintained hotel with comfortable rooms. The bed was comfortable and ensured a good night’s sleep. The staff were courteous and extremely helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast was varied and of good quality, with a wide selection of both sweet and savoury options.

Cons:

As is often the case in hotels outside Italy, I missed having a bidet in the bathroom. I would also have appreciated the availability of a toilet brush.

Great overnight stay
Pros:

The room was very clean, comfortable and tidy. We were offered a fan for the room which we accepted as it was hot weather. Staff were helpful, friendly but professional. Breakfast was a good selection of everything we could have needed.
We have stayed here before and would definitely stay again.
