Lovely stay wih helpfull and friendly staff.
Pros:

Very reasonable priced stay. The breahfast was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was close enough to drive a short way to our venue.

Cons:

I coud not sleep the first night so rested in the bar area. However I had to return to the room later as the bar staff had to close up. I understand this but it would have been nice to stay in the bar area for longer if I needed to.

Great staff.
Pros:

Greeted at the hotel by William who shared recommendations on where to go, and was very polite and professional. Once at the room I found it a little hot, but went back to reception where Munya gave me a fan for the room. Munya was funny, as we bantered with football.
The room itself was very nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Brilliant stay as always. Great hotel with grest staff

Pros:

I stay here regularly for work. The staff really make this hotel. The staff are so friendly. The lads that work there are always friendly. Rooms are a good size. Breakfast staff are always chatty and polite. This is without a shadow of a doubt, one of the best Holiday Inn express that I have ever stayed in. Thank you too all the staff. Fantastic place. Highly recommend.

Everything a-ok for us in Nuneaton!
Pros:

We had a very enjoyable two nights at the Nuneaton Holiday Inn Express. The room we had was very clean and modern. The breakfast was amazing - and the staff were all so professional and helpful. One particular staff member who stood out to us was Helen, at the front desk. She helped us to secure transportation to the Coventry Building Society stadium - and she remembered everything the next day and asked all about how we’d enjoyed ourselves. Helen is a true standout professional.

Comfortable, relaxing over night stay.
Pros:

The property was in the perfect location for our visit. It was extremely clean and the rooms well equipped and comfortable.
