Decent stay in Nuneaton
Pros:

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly.

Cons:

Random rule about what you were and were not allowed to plug in. I was told I couldn't use my portable camping fridge in the room. It would have helped to know this beforehand since our lunch for the next day was in there. The pull out bed wasn't particularly comfortable.

This felt a step up from Premier Inn and was more reasonably priced than I anticipated. All very comfortable and convenient and every member of staff we spoke to were superb.

Ok, for a 1 night stay ONLY

Comfortable bed.
Clean room.
Near to work.

Cons:

Guest doors banging loudly. Waking me up at night and very early in the morning.
Breakfast, quality poor. Cold. Bacon, tough. Sausage low quality.
Hash browns undercooked.
Eggs unedibble. Was like tapioca!
Food is not covered... cross contamination. Very poor. :-(

DON’T Touch the food !!
Pros:

DON’T touch the food unless it’s piping hot as all the food temperatures failed miserably several times at breakfast time. Even the “ FRESH “ food that was brought out after they had to clear due to the temperature problem failed to be at a recommended temperature some below 50oc . Kitchen staff needs to be reexamined as soon as possible.
The manager refused to discuss any complaints from customers. So not returning and as a IHG member will be taking the food problem up with the local inspector.
