Que no cambiaron las sábanas de las camas durante los 5 días que hemos estado
Tampoco veo normal tener que despertar a las 7 de la mañana para poder coger tumbona en la piscina ya que deberían remodelar la situación

Gostei do espaço do apartamento, limpeza simpática dos empregos.

Cons:

As refeições podiam ser mais elaboradas, mais variedade e melhores, as bebidas servidas nas refeições são pouquíssimas. Quarto escuro com pouca iluminação. Piscina falta de manutenção em redor, guarda sol partidos e com remendos na fixação. O Tudo incluído é uma versão muito light.

Cons:

Nos olvidamos el móvil. Nos lo guardaron y se pusieron en contacto con nosotros y organizaron el envío a nuestra casa. Servicio con costo pero de 10. Profundamente agradecidos y con una deuda pendiente la de recompensar a la persona que encontró el teléfono y lo depósito en recepción y a la persona que organizo el envío del móvil. He visitado en muchas ocasiones Portugal desde Gimaraes hasta el Algarve y cada vez amo más a nuestros vecinos y hermanos.

Lamentável
Cons:

Terem mentido relativamente à piscina interior.
No dia 15/11 fiz a reserva para este hotel para as datas de 5 a 8/12, pelo booking. Passados uns dias vi numa outra plataforma na pagina deste hotel uma nota que dizia: "piscina coberta encerrada por tempo indeterminado". No dia 26/11 pelas 21h01 liguei para o hotel. Quem atendeu devolveu que tudo se encontrava a funcionar nas devidas condições. Dia 5/12 fazemos checkin eram quase 20h. Perguntei na receção qual o horário das piscinas. Foi-me dito que a de fora seria livre horário e a coberta das 11h/17h. Em momento algum me foi dito que não estaria a funcionar. No dia a seguir quando tentamos ir à piscina interior, deparamos com a informação "em manutenção". Liguei para a receção e devolvem que só apenas a semana passada avariou. Funcionário altamente comprometido com esta situação. Lamentável e surreal!!
Para terminar a piscina exterior 1 com uma mancha amarela, parecendo conter areia dentro.
É um hotel com tudo para ser bom, mas a sua falta de manutenção e cuidado deixa muito a desejar.
