Cons:

Hotel já antigo e com sinais de desgaste.
Nota-se um descuido geral nas instalações, principalmente no exterior. Os equipamentos infantis são antigos e não me demonstram ter segurança para a utilização pelas crianças. A relva, na maioria dos espaços, estava seca. Alguns espaços estavam danificados, aparentemente há alguns anos.
Os quartos são espaçosos, mas não são confortáveis e agradáveis.
Para 4estrelas estava à espera de mais conforto...

Has this Hotel deteriated since 2019
Pros:

I have been twice before and we loved our stay at this hotel, staff were fantastic and the hotel was perfect with nothing to worry about.

However i am booked into this hotel again in July and after reading all these review from 2025, i am really worried about my holiday now.

Has this hotel really deteriated this much since my last visit in 2019?

Do i need to look elsewhere to rescue my holiday? I hope not

Very disappointing
Pros:

The staff were reasonably nice. Victoria in reception was very helpful the rest of the reception staff could certainly avail of some customer service training. The staff at pool bar var were exceptionally accomidating and pleasant.to deal with. Restaurant staff were helpful.

So where do we start. THE LIFT WAS NOT WORKING FOR THE DURATION OF OUR STAY. THE BALCONY IN OUR ROOM WAS VERY BAD ,PAINT PEELING OFF THE WALLS , THE TABLE WAS FILTHY WITH COFFEE STAINS , THE CLOTHES HORSE WAS BROKEN, THE TOILET SEAT DIDNT FIT, THE SHOWER HEAD WAS BROKEN ,THE PLUG HOLE IN SINK WAS BROKEN ANN THE BALCONY DOOR DID NOT LOCK . THEY FIXED BALCONY DOOR AND SHOWER AFTER THREE DAYS. WE HAD TO ASK FOR THE SHEETS TO BE CHANGED..

O serviço de quarto é excelente, o que o hotel oferece em relação ao lazer também é muito bom, opções de piscina externa e coberta. Academia, espaço para um drink e etc. Tudo isso foi ótimo, e o apartamento também é bem espaçoso.

Bom, a estrutura do hotel poderia ser melhor. As coisas são bem velhas, tudo faz muito barulho porque é coisa velha, e a noite a casa é extremamente gelada, acredito que foi feita para não reter a temperatura, e por isso, só é bom no auge do verão. Porque as madrugadas são bem geladas, e as janelas não são bem vedadas. A cortina blackout é horrível, não tampa nada da claridade, simplesmente é péssima. A porta de entrada do apartamento é caindo aos pedaços, super barulhenta e com um vão gigante embaixo da porta onde entra toda terra de fora e muito vento de madrugada. No geral é mais em relação a infraestrutura do lugar mesmo. O apartamento em si é bom, não voltarei mais.
