Impresionante
Pros:

Habitación adaptada que cumplió con todo lo que les pedí en una llamada anterior. Unas semanas antes llamé para solicitar habitación adaptada por acudir con persona con movilidad reducida. Todo se cumplió a la perfección y nos permitieron disfrutar de una estancia a nuestro ritmo.
Habitaciones limpias, personal encantador y buffet excelente.

Overpriced hotel but super nice personell

Personell was super helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Overpriced. Terrace suggested on photos is not really a terrace. You can hear furniture being moved around on other floors. Rooms are directly on the road, so make sure you request a high floor.

4 stelle solo sulla carta - esperienza pessima

Soggiorno decisamente sotto le aspettative per un hotel 4 stelle. Esperienza nel complesso pessima, che non ripeterei e che difficilmente consiglierei.

Cons:

Aria condizionata sparata su un solo lato del letto, uno degli ospiti si gela. Quando lo abbiamo fatto notare, l'unica soluzione suggerita dalla reception è stata spegnere l'aria. Atteggiamento del personale molto poco disponibile, che ha trasformato un disagio tecnico in un vero disagio umano.

Camera minuscola con pochissimo spazio realmente vivibile, arredata con mobilio datato e disomogeneo. Letto duro, a molle, che traballa ad ogni movimento. Nessuna scelta di cuscini, solo due uguali e scomodi. Nel frigobar una sola bottiglietta d'acqua di cortesia nonostante fossimo in due ospiti.

Insonorizzazione inesistente, davvero pessima. Si sente di tutto: le aperture degli armadi delle altre stanze, lo spostamento dei letti, le voci dei vicini come se fossero in camera con noi. La nostra stanza poi confinava con un bagno e si sentivano tutti gli scarichi, giorno e notte. Impossibile riposare.

A completare il quadro, assenza di parcheggio privato se non uno pubblico distante da raggiungere e, per accedere alla hall, totale mancanza di una rampa: solo quattro gradini alti, un vero ostacolo per chi ha difficoltà motorie o bagagli pesanti.

Tuve una habitación mirando a un patio de luces. Realmente no es agradable y si vuelvo reservaría mirando hacia la playa
