Pleasant, but seniors have special needs.
Pros:

It was good, good varity. I've had bacon or sausage at other hotels. Clean.

Cons:

Being seniors, bathroom was a problem no handrails in bathtub. It was clean and lots of products. The toilet was way to low. Pleasent

The cleaning staff were amazing. So friendly and they did a great job. They need a raise.

Cons:

Chairs way too low for the table and Chinese restaurant onsite had terrible food. Slowest service ever! We had kids that ordered grilled cheese and fries - took over half hour!

The hotel was clean and the check-in and out was efficient and friendly.

Cons:

Staff and food in the restaurant. Chinese food was the worst I have ever eaten. Giant balls of dough. It was like eating food from the 1970’s. Because we arrived late we ordered takeout from the restaurant in the hotel. No utensils or plates were provided. I had to go back down and get some. The young woman immediately said it was not her fault and it was the kitchen staff’s error. I don’t care whose mistake it was. Not the correct customer service answer. Laying blame on the kitchen staff’s was not my concern.
