Check in was quick, front desk staff were knowledgeable, helpful ans very friendly. Lobby was clean and inviting. The rooms were exactly as we requested. They were also spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. The pool area is where I think they need to spend some time. There is no hot tub (its been removed), the floors were extremely slippery as the floor drains weren't clearing the water so you walked thru puddles, the shower wasn't working, and there is not near enough seating available. We kept running out of towels but the staff tried their best to replenish as soon as possible. The continental breakfast was plentiful and the area was very clean. The staff were right on hand to ensure that. We will definitely be back. We had a grest stay.

More hot choices like scrambled eggs and sausages would be nice, especially during the cold months.
I have been charged double for two nights stay. Booking.com acknowledges that I tried to change or cancel my first reservation, but the hotel didn’t respond. So they charged me. When I arrived the desk didn’t have my reservation so I booked again. And paid again. I’m still fighting with Booking. Com to get one payment reversed. So I’m not happy.
