Great value, clean, safe, and cozy.
Pros:

The rooms were updated and comfortable. The bed was decent as well.

Cons:

I wish they had an additional blanket so I didn’t have to run the heat as much.

Good and Bad
Pros:

Both check-in and check-out were handled efficiently.

Cons:

The water pressure was insufficient for an effective shower. The issue wasn't the fixture itself, but a lack of consistent water flow to the unit.
To top it off, a domestic dispute broke out at 1:00 AM. It wasn't the property's fault, but the screaming and the presence of four police cars certainly made for an eventful night.

Perfect location to visit RI an MA, right in the middle of everything.
Pros:

While an older property, the room was very clean and comfortable. very well located for our trip to the various places we went to.
