Exceeded expectations and the property is as advertised!!
Pros:

The staff and accommodations were top notch. The rooms exceeded expectations for design and cleaniness, they were exactly as advertised. The staff was exceptional, they were helpful, thoughtful and kind from the day to night staff. I would highly recommend them for the value and location to Providence

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like for the value. The Colonial Inn is a diamond in the rough. If you are looking for location and value, look no further. No Notes!

Relaxing hotel with great reception staff.
Pros:

The welcome and service from the reception staff was wonderful. We had a couple if bookings and they linked us together and did all they could to help out (and let us use the pool early). Recommendation from the owner to visit Newport Beach was great - go have a look if you have a car. Loved the rocking chairs out front.

Value hotel at it's best. You get exactly what you pay for
Pros:

Exactly what you pay for. Dirt cheap hotel. Very clean and comfortable enough. Everyone working was very nice and super accomidating. Didnt have any problems during my stay. Definately looks beeter on the inside of the rooms than on the outside of the motel.

Cons:

Kind of weird area to be in. Neighbors were loud but i can't fault the hotel for that. No free hot breakfast but did have snacks and coffee up front for free, and cheap vending machines.

Love it great value!
Pros:

This is a old motel that is renovated and CLEAN. I thought it was a great value .
Nothing fancy but hey clean comfy rooms and off the main drag so it was quiet.

Cons:

The vending machine didn't have water just surger sodas.

Pros:

Tiendas y restaurantes cerca. Providence a 16 minutos. Las camas eran cómodas y es una calle tranquila y silenciosa

Cons:

Se sentía olor de humedad en el cuarto y en el baño. Las habitaciones se veían ya viejas al igual que las puertas

Motel outside Providence
Pros:

Location outside of Providence useful for getting into the city. Everything seemed clean enough.

Cons:

Tired looking hotel that's seen better days. Staff were rather unfriendly. Very loud air- conditioner and bathroom ventilator. Door lock seemed flimsy.

Pros:

Hôtel tres plaisant. Les chambres sont très propres et bien entretenues. Nous sommes arrivées par temps d'orage, la piscine extérieure etait malheureusement fermée mais elle etait bien entretenue. Le personnel est très sympathique et dispo. Je recommande.
