Pros:

I had a really good experience with this hotel overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even upgraded my room free of charge, which was a really nice surprise and something I really appreciated.

Unfortunately, something unexpected came up and I had an emergency, so even though I booked for two nights, I ended up staying for less than one full night. I asked if it would be possible to get a refund for the second unused night, but in the end I didn’t receive one. Of course, I understand that this depends on the booking conditions and that the hotel wasn’t necessarily obligated to refund it.

Apart from that, I was very happy with the stay, especially with how nice the staff were and the complimentary room upgrade. I would definitely consider staying here again.

A very comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent service, especially from Elif K in housekeeping.
Pros:

The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would especially like to thank Elif K, who was responsible for cleaning our room. She did an excellent job every day and was very kind, professional, and attentive. The room was always spotless and well organized. Her great service really made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you, Elif K!

Cons:

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and there was nothing significant that we disliked. Everything met our expectations, and the staff were helpful whenever we needed anything.
