Un peu déçu
Pros:

L emplacement, le restaurant et le personnel

Cons:

Malgré une chambre supérieure une odeur d égout très désagréable des oreillers très fatigués qui devrais être changés , une piscine ridicule et très peu de transat .

Wonderful stay in the centre of Copacabana
Pros:

Amazing location overlooking Copacabana. Very helpful staff. Clean, modern, great facilities. Especially loved the rooftop pool and pool bar/restaurant.

Almost everything! It was very stylish and comfortable and in a great location with a dedicated beach area

Very bad experience. I lost my money
Pros:

The building isn’t small, but everything else is awful.

Cons:

The property is large, but the cleanliness is terrible. In addition, the hotel has a foul smell it smells like sewage. The pool shown in the photos is nothing like reality; it’s not a pool, it’s more like a stagnant pond. Not all of the front desk staff are friendly. Overall, the hotel is awful.

Pros:

La ubicación al lado de la playa está genial. El gimnasio es espectacular. El personal súper amable y pudimos disfrutar de las instalaciones después del check out hasta la hora de nuestro vuelo. Bonitas vistas desde el restaurante de la piscina.

Cons:

Tiene varios edificios, nuestra habitación estaba en el B y para acceder a la piscina había que bajar a recepción para volver a subir a otro edificio…igual para el gimnasio. Nada más.

Très décevant, le Grand Mercure Rio Copacabana est loin d'être un hôtel haut de gamme !
Pros:

Mis à part la situation géographique de l'hôtel sur la plage de Copacabana et le surclassement VIP sur la terrasse pour le petit déjeuner (bien sans plus), pas grand grand chose si ce n'est une belle salle de fitness !

Cons:

Réservation d'une chambre exécutive prémium king size bed avec vue mer et étage élevé ! 1ère chambre proposée à côté du local technique (bruit assourdissant = refus). 2ème chambre proposée aménagée pour handicapé/personne à mobilité réduite au 3ème étage avec "petit lit" = refus. 3ème chambre "acceptée" au 7ème étage mais à proximité des ascenseurs "parlants"...chambre sans grand intérêt toute en longueur (il fallait bien dormir quelque part)! Hôtel sans beaucoup de charme même si la décoration "style Ikéa" rend le patio et les espaces communs aérés et fonctionnels. Personnel sympathique mais limite amateur...A titre d'exemple, ma carte de paiement a été utilisée pour régler la chambre d'une autre personne lors de son check out ! Quand à la piscine sur le roof top, c'est un grand pédiluve agrémenté de quelques transats ! Mauvais rapport qualité-prix...

Hôtel qui ne vaut pas 5*. Heureusement que nous nous balladions souvent pour ne pas rester sur place

L'emplacement de notre chambre face à la mer.

Cons:

Trop à l'écart de tout. Piscine à l'ombre très rapidement.
Personnel pas du tout agréable et pas du tout à la hauteur d'un 5*/Sheraton. Personnel pas attentionné (petit déjeuner, concierge). Réceptionnistes peu agréables.
Equipement de la Terrasse très sale. Les fauteuils étaient tous tâchés, coussins déchirés. Hôtel pas insonorisé, très bruyant
