Moins bien que mon 1er séjour
Pros:

Localisation super et personnel d'accueil (Douglas) adorable

Cons:

20 minutes de check in avec des employés qui papotaient (2 jours avant, check in chaleureux, gentil et efficace avec Douglas)
Le wifi ne fonctionnait 9as bien du tout
Pas de pression dans la douche et réglage de température difficile
Le personnel qui me dit que je suis de moindre importance (ici c'est que pour lesVIP ) il faut franchement bosser la communication

La ubicacion es perfecta, tiene una vista increible de Copacabana. El personal muy amable, ademas del desayuno que tiene muchas opciones. Esta muy cerca una estacion de metro donde se pueden ver otras partes de la ciudad.

Cons:

No habian indicaciones claras o senalizacion clara sobre las poltronas de la playa que corresponden al hotel.

Cheguei no Hotel as 10:30, deixei meu check in feito e minhas malas porque o horario para poder entrar é 15:00
Voltei as 15:40 e ainda não tinha quarto. Consegui os quarto as 16:00!!! Um absurdo
O feigibar do quarto não é reabastecido, cheguei de noite tarde e cansada e ainda tive que esperar por agua
O banheiro tambem reposiçao de sabonete que tive que pedir a noite

Best time in Rio de Janeiro
Pros:

The best experience in Rio de Janeiro. All the stops are helpful. Check-in was very efficient. The room is perfect right on the beach with Seaview.
