Everything! From the friendly welcome to the lovely breakfast. I loved this hotel. My room was clean and very lovely. As a solo traveller I felt safe there and slept very well!

We expected more for the pricey room rate.
Pros:

Location on Copacabana Beach was good.

Cons:

Our room for the price was quite small and had no beach view, just a street and opposite building. Obviously the price was associated with the Carnival Festival period. Breakfast was basic and very congested if you did not get there early. Bag assistance was mediocre at best.

Localização e tratamento dos funcionários.

Cons:

Internet péssima. Caía toda hora e, no pouco tempo
Que funcionava era lentíssima. No meu caso, eu tinha que dar uma palestra online, abri chamado na recepção, dizem que alguém da TI arrumou, porem, continou pessima e tive que rotear internet do meu proprio celular para dar a palestra.

Excelente atendimento, estrutura nova, ambientes limpos. Café da manhã ótimo e variado. Quartos com camas boas, roupas de cama e toalha, com tudo em ótimo estado. Academia super equipada. Foi a nossa segunda vez e voltaremos com certeza!
