Pros:

Buena ubicación, hotel renovado, el gym era increíble y sauna. La cama muy cómoda y una bonita decoración.

Cons:

Las ventanas en las habitaciones son una pesadilla. No se puede dormir por el ruido y las ventanas no tienen aislamiento acústico. Es un verdadero problema.
Luego me pareció raro que se me cobrara por las cápsulas de Nespresso en la habitación.

Checkin lento. Box do banheiro com vazamento e ao invés de trocar o tapete encharcado o mesmo foi pendurado para secar no box. Estávamos em 3 pessoas e tivemos que pedir sabonete extra pois arrumadeira só deixou um minúsculo no primeiro dia e disse que só a gerência podia liberar mais. Tivemos que pedir toalha e cobertor para o meu filho em um quarto família. Vista para interior grudada em prédios velhos e sem privacidade.

Don't expect 5 star luxury, but definitely worth staying here
Pros:

I believe I received an upgrade, which was very nice of the staff. Location is great, directly by the beach with free beach chairs for hotel guests. Rooftop pool is heated, which feels amazing. Bed was comfortable. Room is bright and bathroom too. Water pressure and temperature are very good. Great Gym too, one of the best hotel gyms I've seen. Overall, I was very happy with my stay. I extended my stay 2 or 3 times because I was happy with the hotel. Staff were always polite and spoke english well.

Cons:

This hotel is comparable to a european 4 star hotel at best. Cleanliness is lacking at times, particularly in common areas such as the pool. Within the room, depending on the housekeeper you get that day, it is either spotless or half-hearted. Also, no possibility of getting drinking water past 11pm, which is when the store in front of the hotel closes - after that you only have the minibar as an option, given that the lobby bar was also closed.
Sauna, while working well, is a bit mis-designed. Definitely usable though, but not up to european standards.
Room was quite humid at times and only after the technician unloked my AC to dehumidify mode, did it work properly.

Meu quarto não foi arrumado. Acho q vale a melhora nesse serviço.
