Localização, decoração, limpeza, estrutura bem mantida e com todos equipamentos funcionando.

Localização maravilhosa, em frente a praia. Tudo impecável, atendimento, café da manhã muito farto. Piscina com uma vista lindissima. Teve uma noitada muito boa com DJ e super animado.

Staff - Marlee at Concierge was exceptional throughout our stay. The Reception Administration black guy who handled our check-in was outstanding! Excellent experience, customer experience galore.
Breakfast was exceptional! I absolutely loved the fruit juice machine and the fruit options they gave daily. In addition, breakfast was spread was very great.
The location is exceptional! I loved everything about this hotel!

O quarto era muito espaçoso e confortável; a equipa de arrumação era atenciosa e cuidada.
A sala de pequeno-almoço era pequena, e poucos lugares com vista mar; o serviço no pequeno-almoço era inconsistente; o acesso ao hotel é estranho, por uma rua lateral e não pela orla marítima - muitos taxistas ficavam confusos.
La ubicación es muy buena a unos pasos de la playa de Copacabana, las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas y limpias, el personal sumamente amable y atento a responder cualquier duda o ayuda, están disponibles las 24 horas para ayudar
Traté de introducir la clave de wifi como estaba en las indicaciones pero no tuve éxito, quizá podrían simplificar el acceso con una clave genérica, pero tampoco intenté recibir ayuda pues llevaba mi propio internet así que no fue un problema importante para mí, todo estuvo muy bien en realidad
