Good location ans helpful staff directly at Copacabana

Cons:

Overpriced for what you get in the end. The hotel itself is not bad but for paying 200+ Euro per night we expected something more luxurious. I woukd rather get an AirBnB in Ipanema the next time in Rio.

Pros:

Hotel in un’ottima posizione, comodo per muoversi e visitare la città. La colazione è molto buona, varia e con un’ampia scelta. Ho apprezzato anche i servizi offerti, in particolare la piscina riscaldata sul tetto e la sauna, che rappresentano sicuramente un valore aggiunto.

Cons:

Ho trovato un po’ insolita la gestione dei massaggi: il pagamento deve essere effettuato direttamente al massaggiatore tramite Pix, anziché attraverso l’hotel. Per una struttura a 5 stelle mi sarei inoltre aspettata una maggiore attenzione ad alcuni dettagli, ad esempio la possibilità di scegliere il tipo di cuscino e una dotazione più completa di amenities in camera, come fazzoletti e set di cortesia. I letti comunque non sono comodissimi.

Le petit déjeuner magnifique et copieux au dernier étage.
Vue sublime
Emplacement idéal

Cons:

Nous avions pris deux chambres dont une supérieure. Nous avons été sous-classés et avons attendu 2 nuits pour changer de chambre. Aucun geste commercial n’a été fait.

Hôtel moderne sur la plage de Copacabana
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal face à la plage de Copacabana et à proximité de Ipanema.
La décoration est superbe, les lits sont confortables, la nourriture est excellente et les caipirinhas délicieuses! La vue du rooftop est magnifique.

Cons:

Le personnel n’est pas très accueillant et peu souriant. Le ménage n’est pas toujours fait dans les chambres.Le standing de l’hôtel n’est pas au niveau des hôtels mercure.
