Hotel recentemente ristrutturato, comodo per raggiungere Venezia con il tram. Parcheggio ampio per la sciare la propria macchina.

Very disappointing experience. We informed the hotel staff in advance that we would be leaving for the airport at 3 AM and needed a taxi. Despite this, the receptionist fell asleep and failed to arrange it, forcing us to look for alternative transportation at the last minute.
Due to the rush and stress caused by this situation, I accidentally left two personal belongings in the room. When I contacted the hotel, staff confirmed over the phone that the items had been found and said they could send them to me if I arranged the shipping myself. However, more than three weeks later, I was informed that the items could no longer be found. This is extremely concerning and contradictory, considering that the staff had previously confirmed they had found them.
On top of that, the bed sheets were dirty when we arrived.
Overall, the poor service, lack of cleanliness, and unresolved issue with my belongings made this an extremely disappointing stay. I expected much better and would not recommend this hotel.
