The two people at reception were very friendly.
The first picture on Booking.com is not of this room and suggests a larger space. The box in the photo is not there; it's a wall, and the room is smaller. The only difference from the standard room is the coffee machine. The noise reduction feature only applies to the window; you can hear every word in the corridor. The gap at the door in the photo is on all sides and shows how much space there is. Despite the €25 dog fee, the promised dog bed was not available on the first evening.
Muy limpio, las bebidas en recepción, las luces de la habitación eran agradables y hay espejo de cuerpo entero. También se agradece que el suelo de la habitación no sea de moqueta.

The hotel is located 15 min walking from the Santiago Bernabeu stadium, making a perfect point to start our tour in Madrid. Nice and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and cozy. Very tasty breakfast served in the same facilities of the building. Grocery store and restaurants/shops nearby.
